What began as a response to client needs within Jon and Ken London's construction firm in 2002 quickly evolved into Workright Plumbing, demonstrating their focus on superior customer service and trustworthy work. With a legacy of successful family enterprises, the London brothers offered a novel approach to plumbing in San Diego.

Starting with a single truck serving commercial clients, Workright Plumbing has expanded to a fleet that meets all your residential and commercial plumbing requirements in San Diego. This growth reflects our dedication to caring for each customer and every job.
As a third-generation plumber, began his plumbing journey early, frequently joining his father on the job and learning hands-on. Danny officially launched his plumbing career in 2002 at 18, working with his father, who owned a small plumbing business focused on restaurant maintenance and construction.
After the number of restaurant clients declined post-2008, Danny diversified his skills, exploring a broader spectrum of plumbing services. Over the years, he has worked with various companies, developing a well-rounded skill set that covers commercial, residential, and light industrial plumbing.

My sons heard gushing water, which was leaking down in the crawl space under the house, Because they felt heat in the stairwell wall where they heard the gushing, I turned off the hot water heater. We have first american home warranty, but I have found a lot of their plumbing and pool companies that they work for to be shoddy. With my pretty wall at stake, I looked on yelp and was dithering between a few companies. The plumber from the home warranty gave a report, said he'd have to cut in multiple places and thought the issue might be in the floor upstairs. This was last Thursday, and we were 6 days with no hot water! Based on the reviews on yelp, I called Workright, and their dispatcher, Jennifer was friendly and helpful, and got right back to me. Within a couple hours, the plumber, Frankie arrived. He ascertained that the leak was actually on the ground floor, which was accessible from my son's closet (my pretty wall and tile upstairs were unmolested!) The copper pipe was totally corroded. So, within a few hours we finally have hot water again! Goodbye cold showers! I'm glad I ponied up the money to do it right, rather than just going with the home warranty contractors. It was money well spent.

I called workright and describe the issue of the leak. They sent a micky mouse plumber that simpoly snake down the pipe and thought his job is done and wanted to charge me $200. Before he left we test the leak again and it is still there, the plumber said he will have to come back but I need to pay him for the service. Not getting the problem solved, he insisted on charging me. It is not only waste my time and cost me money. I will not use this company again and I will call my credit card company to demand a refund.

Daniel is super professional, and works fast! He's been over to my place twice and both times I have been impressed with his work! I definitely recommend anyone who's looking for a good reliable plumer to look up this company, and ask for Daniel.

Made an appointment and the person that showed knew nothing of plumbing and could not fix the issue. He had called for back up and neither could fix it. Wow what a company.

Victor in the electrician department was great! He fixed our lights quickly and was very courteous.
The only issue was we had to reschedule for later in the day when they didn't come during the hour they told us in the morning. However, Victor was right on time for the rescheduled time.
I highly recommend Workright for your electrical needs.

Spoke with Eldon at Workright yesterday and scheduled an appointment for today at noon to meet at a property to get an estimate for re-piping a 6-unit building, probably a 25-30k job that you'd think a plumber would be eager to help with. Today I left work on my lunch break to meet him at the property and he was a no show-- not even a courtesy call to tell me he couldn't make it. I called his office and spoke to him, he said he couldn't make it. Thanks for the heads up asshat! I'll be taking my business elsewhere. Don't waste your time with these guys as they will just waste yours.

We needed a quick repair for replacing a dryer flex line and a new valve as we had a gas leak. Evan was especially helpful on the phone and provided an estimate within 10 minutes. The price was good and he was at our home within 15 minutes. He completed the job fast and efficient, along with answering all our questions. We highly recommend this company and will definitely use them in the future.

My wife came home in the afternoon to find our garage filled with water - the water heater was gone! We looked for recommendations on Yelp and found several companies. Some specialized in water heaters and others were general plumbers, but none of them could even come to look until the next day. I called Workright because of their rating, and they are located nearby work so I can follow up easily if I need to. The receptionist told me someone would come over and do the work within the next hour or so which was great. So I told her to go ahead. Within half an hour, Evan called me. He is the estimator, and over the phone gave me a price. I asked if someone could do the work the same day and he told me they could, and would be there in about an hour.
Then he gave me the option of saving money by getting my own water heater and letting them install it, or having them pick it up and install it. Either way, they were to remove the old water heater. Although the price was outstanding if I picked up my own water heater, I told them to do it because I don't have a large truck for transport and we wanted it done that day. About 5:30 pm Kenny arrived at the house and started to work. Because of the install location, there were some difficulties in getting it done, but Kenny worked until 10:30 pm to finish it. He didn't try to sell us any additional parts or service, and was totally professional and respectful. The work was done right the first time, and needless to say, we are very happy.
I know I will use Workright in the future for other work. They really impressed us!

Valentino, Evan and kenny workrights superstars I used them to repipe my main line from the street to the house they laid out everything planned it with me got me a great deal on material and the completed the project from start to finish in 1 working day.i had water by before sunset.they also completed it without having to hack up my driveway and very minimal demo done to my front yard, looks like nothing happened.since then workright has become my personal go-to plumber.

Never again, beware! I had a problem with the flushing mechanism in my toilet tank. When the tech arrived he explained he did not have the part and would head down the street to the plumbing supply shop. He took my toilet tank so he could match the part. He was in and out of my house in less than 15 minutes. About 20 minutes later he called to let me know he found the part and we made an appointment for 2 days later. My appointment was for 9:30 by 10:30 no one showed up or called. I finally called them and talked with a Claudia the dispatcher who said ""well this is not my fault the plumber is supposed to call you if he is running late."" She called me back 10 minutes later and asked if he could come by later that afternoon. I had taken a half day off work for this appointment and therefore rescheduled for two days later in the afternoon. This time they told me he would arrive between 1:00 and 3:00. Well by 3:30 no one showed up, and I had to take my husband to the train station. At 3:40 he showed up assembled the tank in the front seat of his truck came in the house and installed it. I was running out the door at 4:00 and asked him to leave the invoice at my front door. To my surprise the invoice was for $380.00. I could of bought a whole new toilet for that. When I called to inquire I was told the hourly rate is $75.00 an hour. A truck charge of $20.00 every time the truck comes to your house and the part was $38.00. I have no problem paying for the parts, and the 45 minutes of labor/driving and even one truck visit but not the jacked up price they charged me. They sent me a revised bill of over $240.00. Am I compensated for my time off work? HA HA HA! I will see them in small claims.
