Jeremy came to my house today (after firing my previous plumber, two trips and $850 later, super long story). Jeremy went under my house and was there for 5 minutes and said I see the problem. Pipe was detached from the toilet flow. Sewage was dumping directly onto the ground. He cleaned everything up for me and fixed the pipe bam done. Thank you Jeremy for ending my nightmare and the smell!

My restaurant main line was backed up on Sunday, so I called work right. Tech came clear out the main line (less than an hour). After clearing the main line drain, he wanted to check everything else and then he snaked the men's restroom without our knowledge. Doing so, he got the snake stuck and proceeded with next 3 hours to try getting it out. Eventually, he called his supervisor, he cut the snake, leaving the end of the snake and part of the line stuck in the drain of the men's restroom. He said one of his supervisors will come and take it out. We agreed that once it is out, we will proceed with the payment. Tech mentions not to put water or anything else in the men's restroom in the meantime. Left behind his tool cut up in our drain. Following week work right has been contacting me for invoice not for the bigger issue that they left. Called other plumber to take a look at it. He highly recommended me to contact Contractors State License Board for unprofessional work

His work fixed a previous plumbing company's attempt to repair a problem that has persisted over the last several weeks.

We are incredibly grateful to no longer deal w constant flooding from upstairs neighbors using their washing machines.

I've never worked with a more amateurish company. The plumber was nice, but they charged me an absurd amount for barely doing any work.

Then they took my payment info and then didn't try to charge me for months. Then they had the gall to send me a late notice 4 months later, despite the fact that I gave them my payment info on the day of service and had called them repeatedly.

My toilet was leaking from behind. I called them and when they came out they literally just tightened the bolt behind the toilet (NO REPAIR) 5 min in and out if even that. They charged me $125.00 for this?! What the heck????!!!! We are in a pandemic and I don't have $125 to spend on tightening a damn bolt. So overwhelming disappointed. I feel taken advantage of.

Hired this company to replace some old bathroom sink faucets among other things. They had to return 3 days in a row to fix leaks where they had worked. Then a couple weeks later we discovered another one of the sinks they had worked on had a leak underneath. The manager or owner flat out refused to return to fix this leak. I was also told that they would not service our home in the future either. BUYER BEWARE - this company does NOT warranty their defective work and refuses to finish the job. Very unprofessional - you expect when you hire a plumbing company that there won't be leaks afterward, but don't count on it with this group.
