I've never worked with a more amateurish company. The plumber was nice, but they charged me an absurd amount for barely doing any work.

Then they took my payment info and then didn't try to charge me for months. Then they had the gall to send me a late notice 4 months later, despite the fact that I gave them my payment info on the day of service and had called them repeatedly.

My toilet was leaking from behind. I called them and when they came out they literally just tightened the bolt behind the toilet (NO REPAIR) 5 min in and out if even that. They charged me $125.00 for this?! What the heck????!!!! We are in a pandemic and I don't have $125 to spend on tightening a damn bolt. So overwhelming disappointed. I feel taken advantage of.

Hired this company to replace some old bathroom sink faucets among other things. They had to return 3 days in a row to fix leaks where they had worked. Then a couple weeks later we discovered another one of the sinks they had worked on had a leak underneath. The manager or owner flat out refused to return to fix this leak. I was also told that they would not service our home in the future either. BUYER BEWARE - this company does NOT warranty their defective work and refuses to finish the job. Very unprofessional - you expect when you hire a plumbing company that there won't be leaks afterward, but don't count on it with this group.

I had a huge leak in my kitchen and my master bedroom. My insurance company gave me the worst time. Workright came right in and gave me a very comprehensive bid. They were courteous and explained everything fully. The demo crew took direction from me and we're very careful with my belongings. Jim, Fermin and all the crews and sub contractors have my sincere appreciation.

I met Mark Thompson (master plumber) on a job last summer. He was hired by another party involved in the transaction I was managing.. I was so impressed with his knowledge, honesty and overall helpful insight at that job, THAT this crew has been my go to since! I've had them out for plumbing estimates and repairs for many transactions since and every time they impress me with their professionalism! I had the best experience with these guys. I was able to get an appointment right away. We had a leak under the kitchen sink and a clogged tub drain. (Old pipes) Jason showed up on time, personable and professional. He was having an issue unclogging the bathroom drain so instead of giving up and setting another appointment to have one of their specialist come, he called Brando one of their experts to assist him. I'm so glad they did! Brando was able to fix the problem. I was so greatful. They only charged us for two hours, even though it was three and didn't charge us the one hour of time and a half fee. I highly recommend these two plumber!!
