They started and finished the same day and was very considerate of my concerns I had with my grass after I had explained I had re sodded my grass three times they made sure that this was kept in mind when the job was complete. This is one of the best plumbing company I used. Excellent customer service, arrived on time and rectified our plumbing issue. I must say, this company has the utmost respect for integrity. Due to the fact, another plumbing company came to my residence prior, and informed me that my one piece toilet needed to be replaced. This diagnosis seemed odd. The technician was unprofessional, disrespectful and disclosed little to less knowledge of the plumbing issue. I contacted my warranty company and they appointed Workman's Kwik Fix Plumbing, technician Brian arrived and did an awesome job!!! He diagnosed the problem within a timely matter and mentioned that the toilet flapper needed to be replaced and not the one piece toilet.

Our septic line became clogged, so we couldn't use bathrooms, do laundry, or wash dishes. I called Workman's Quick-Fix and plumbers showed up within 2 hours and took care of the problem. Plumbers were professional and left work area clean. Cost was less than I'd previously paid for same work. I will give Workman's my future plumbing work.

Our shower control worked fine until the plastic handle simply broke. We called these jacklegs and no handle on the truck so a second trip was required. Day 2 and plastic handle installed UPSIDE DOWN but it wasn't compatible with the existing cylinder which we discovered when we tried to operate it. Would not turn WITHOUT EXTREME EFFORT and hot water isn't hot. It functioned as designed until the simple plastic knob broke and these bandits arrived, installed incompatible parts, charged $202.00 and failed to show up to their appointment to correct their mistakes! They must be buying positive ratings because they are worthless!

Moving from an old house and when I disconnected water feed to refrigerator the valve started leaking. Had a house full of movers trying to get out that day. Called Workman's Quick Fix and they had 2 guys there within 2 hours. Quality work at a fair price. Highly recommend them.

WHAT?!? QUICK and AMAZING work!!!! They had our water back on in ONE HOUR AND (this is the best part) it was less than $300!! That is 1/3 less than the national plumbing company quoted us!! WOOT!! Super Duper KWIK!!! Mary Jo had Evan and Charles in my driveway within an hour after calling the office to fix a leaking pipe at my dock. These guys were professional and courteous. They got the job done at a reasonable price . They also advised me to report the leak to JEA so I might get a break on my water bill.
