These guys are the only plumbers we will use. We have an older house, so there have been a LOT of different issues. Workman and Sons has fixed every single one right the first time, without any need for follow-up. We discovered them after our original Lowe's home installed bungled a kitchen sink installation, and Workman's was sent out to fix it right. They showed up when they said they would, helped us work through the (many) issues with Lowe's, and were courteous and professional throughout. We haven't looked back since.

Workman & Son's was a subcontract through that fiasco of a Lowes. They worked harder for me , and actually called me with additional information when trying to deal with the Lowe's installation dept. The gentleman were very courteous and professional in my home when they came for the estimate visit. Next time, I am leaving Lowes completely out of the circle and dealing directly with Workman & Son's Plumbing. Why deal with the Lowes madness at all?

Used this business to fix my toilet for a rental unit, they came in an emergency and found the problem easily. They charged less than whoever rotorooter sent and actually fixed the problem. However I waited 3 weeks for them to get to my house to put in a new water heater but had to give up because they are too busy. I gave them 3 stars due to the lack of followup and communication.
