Home owner BEWARE.
NOT trustworthy or responsible.
Took the $, and ran when an issue arose.
Enthusiastic young man trying to build a business, however part of business is admitting errors and fixing them fast for paying customers.
Installed a kitchen sink and pipes under my house, and I soon found out he never reattached my kitchen Refrigerator water or dishwasher to the pipes!
I wasn't angry at this point. He had good reviews here, & he had boasted of his customer care, so I was surprised when I first text him about this & he became defensive. He even said he never saw a connection in the 1st place??! (It all was working before he got here!)
I told him this was nothing personal, and I just wanted it fixed back to how it was!
His first solution was that I just don't use my appliances anymore!!! I have all the texts saved.
I also found out near this time that he threw away a brand new under sink water filter I paid $90 to just have replaced, without even telling me! He said it looked terrible so he threw it out???
I explained this was unacceptable and he'd need to come back and resolve these issues.
Brian knew from our conversation here that I only work part time, and had saved and borrowed to have my pipes replaced by him for this $2700 job that I PAID in full for. He also knew I couldn't afford for another plumber to come fix his errors, nor should I have to!I So after many attempts, he agreed to ""fit me in when he could"" and fix the issue.
Great.
After a while hearing nothing, I contacted him again, and he didn't reply until I got upset. Then he claimed to be sick a few days. Since then, he's ignored my texts entirely.
I'd been nothing but kind and understanding. Trying to offer support and explain how fixing issues is essential in running a business, but he left me high and dry.
I'd even bought him dinner when he worked here. I wanted to support him and see him succeed.
I warned him I didn't want to leave bad reviews but I would if he didn't respond by yesterday. He didnt.
DO NOT HIRE. Find someone mature and insured or you could end up with new issues to fix, like me.
I was a customer service professional many years and RARELY leave a negative review, unless seriously called for.
I'm also a Google Business Local Guide, and will be reporting this to the Yelp executives, as well as the BBB and other local resources.
Don't make the same mistake I did. Protect your home and investment.
