We've had an issue with a pretty basic kitchen clog (grease most likely) resulting in a sink full of nasty water and a dishwasher that won't drain. We had another plumber come out twice (twice!) and charge us to ""fix"" this problem - and it recurred literally within hours of their departure both times. Wooten was able to come out within hours of my call and seems to have solved my issue. Next time they'll be my first call

I had several plumbing items that needed to be fixed. The office staff was very nice when I made appointment. A gentlemen named Dillion came out and was very nice and professional. He wore safety items and even put on shoe covers before entering my home. I did not feel rushed when I asked several questions about the repairs. Dillion was very patient and fixed everything I asked him to fix. It was a positive experience and I would highly recommend Wooten. I will be using them in the future.

I highly recommend Wooten Plumbing. They were very attentive and anytime I had a question they took the time to answer and made sure I didn't have any more. Very satisfied with the service provided by Stephen from Wooten Plumbing. Shortly after requesting a quote, I received a call from the office, and just 10 minutes later a technician was at our door. Stephen worked quickly and provided several quality checks while he was to ensure my home's plumbing was up to code. I would definitely call Wooten the next time I have an issue around my house.

I called Wooten Plumbing for an estimate and they wanted to charge me $97.00 just for showing up at my house. He called it a service charge or something. I don't pay for estimates. I mean he's trying to convince me to let him do the work and charge me for it. I don't think so.

This is a good company, Stephen was very nice, fast & efficient. He replaced the kitchen faucet & my disposal. If you ask they will give you a quote before they preform the work.

I'm updating my rating by adding a star (so far). The owners have unexpectedly (for me, as I didn't ask) reache out to me.

They will be bringing out their camera Monday (my request due to personal reasons, they'd have been here today had I been available) to take a look into my lines and we will go from there.

Very professional, thorough and helpful. Dakota explained everything in a way that I could understand, gave me options with detailed pricing but was not pushy at all. He even helped me with some unrelated HVAC questions. And they charged NOTHING for the evaluation and estimates! Great company!
