Steve was able to get to us in a very short time and take care of our toilet problem, dealing with a broken shut off valve that made it harder to do the work because he had to turn our water main off several times instead. I found him to be polite, patient, knowledgeable and professional, and when there was a problem, he came right back and didn't leave until it was taken care of. I'll be calling him to do some follow up work and would recommend him.

Phoned woosh @745am & owner answered the phone. I explained about our clogged toilet & asked about rates. He was available 10am, rates were reasonable.

He showed up 9am because prior appointment canceled. Yes to Steve! He unclogged our toilet,cleaned up the mess and even used a wonderful smelling spray after he was finished for inside the toilet. Steve's attention to detail and his knowledge of pipes & drains was quite fascinating! He also came covid compliant!!!! Safety matters. If you are having drain issues call Woosh! Steve replaced a main drain that connected to a bathtub, adjacent vanity sink, kitchen sink and venting pipe. It was significant job working with heavy duty piping (in between walls and from basement) and corrected the drainage pitch. Also, upgraded drainage for both sinks, the tub, and shared other good tips, info, etc. A solid 5-star performance! He's on my speed dial now and I can highly recommend him.

It was one of those ""my tub is filling up with black water"" late nights. We requested a quote and heard back from Woosh by the next morning. While the plumber was finding parking in our neighborhood, we heard what sounded like a snake being used next door, followed by a gurgling noise coming from our bathroom -- we peeked around our shower curtain to see all the black water draining out. We called in a panic, profusely apologizing for their trouble and offering to at least tip them for making the trip - they told us not to worry about it, and even suggested actions our building could take to prevent further issues. Really responsive and helpful service, and while we didn't end up getting actual service from Woosh this time, we'll definitely be calling them when this happens again.

When I called Steve from Woosh, I couldn't believe that he would really be able to come and look at the drain in under an hour. He did come in under an hour and came in a full protective mask. Not only did he completely fix our very blocked drain, he explained what caused the block and how to avoid it in the future. I highly recommend Woosh and will be using them again if I have any additional drain emergencies.

Steve came out at 10am on a Monday to fix a clogged, unflushable toilet I'd been dealing with since the day prior. I called shortly before and he said he could be on the way. Our shower drain was completely stopped and we didn't want to use any harsh chemicals on it. Woosh came quickly and had it draining again in no time. Next time anything happens they'll be my first call-- highly recommend.
