I had alot of iron in my water at my salon which is not a good thing when you're in the hair designing business. So I called Woolsey plumbing. Sam came out and checked it and explained everything thoroughly as far as what needed to be done. I know he has a busy schedule but he was good about checking to see if they had what I needed in stock and was here 1st thing on a Saturday morning. Thankyou so much! Now I can get back to business.

This company had no regard for customer service and their lack of communication caused us to have work done twice... and both ways at our expense. They were not willing to negotiate on pricing even though their lack of communication is what caused the extra expense. Would not recommend working with this company. Very disappointed.

Normally, I do not go out of my way to write a review unless it is overwhelmingly positive, but this company was so disappointing I had to take the time to write this. This company charged me an exorbitant amount of money for a very simple job. My bill was almost $200 and they were at my house for less than 20 minutes. When I called to inquire about the amount they explained they begin charging when the plumber leaves their facility (which is 7 minutes from my house) and then they also charge you an unexplained ""Truck charge"" on top of that. They replaced my sink sprayer with one that did not match my existing faucet without telling me it wouldn't match until AFTER they already replaced it. I felt this company handled this job very poorly and handled my phone call regarding the ridiculous charges even more poorly. I would NOT recommend this company to anyone. I hope someone from this company reads this review and takes this to heart. I feel the way this company operates is criminal and this would not be tolerated in any other professional environment.

this is a very unprofessional business. Recieved a quote that was High(as i later found out ). When they came to the house they were unprepared and needed to go back to the shop , incurring extra charges. What should have been easily covered under the 200.00 quote became twicw as much. And this was for a roto-rooting, Will be using Daves sewr in the future(much less expensive and more professional).

Woosley's I know has a phone, because they do answer it. Problem is, they do not know how to use it to call you when their service technician cannot make a scheduled service call. Plan on calling them often to see why they don't show up. Not a good way to run a business.
