My wife and went there today to have a look around for our master bed and bath remodel. We looked for over 15 minutes and had to seek out a sales rep. She reluctantly came out to see us. We both felt like we were bothering this rep. She answered our questions half heatedly and could not give a hoot if we bought a thing. it was a huge turn off. I'll buy my high end bathroom supplies elsewhere, we had a horrible experience and if this was my business this rep would be either fired or highly reprimanded. Do not recommend.

Went to Wools in Ft.Myers. Belle was very knowledgeable. Entered all our choices into the computer, checked ( approximate) lead times and submitted a quote in a timely manner. Definitely recommend this company and Belle. Strongly suggest appointments
