We used this company several times, and their work was good. However, the true test of any company is how they deal with a problem. We purchased two AC units from Woody Tucker Plumbing. We paid in full, but they never finished the job. After almost 4 months of trying to get the job completed, we finally gave up and called another company. Woody Tucker Plumbing does good work, but they are not a customer friendly company.

They converted a job to fix an old washer into an ordeal exchanging the bathtub faucets. Never got straight answer about cost which was in excess of a thousand dollars. After they left I am left with additional cost to repair wall and tiles. Get another opinion or hire at your own peril.

AC went out Saturday night, Woody Tucker had me back up and running by 10:00 AM Sunday. They responded in 30 minutes from my call. Diagnosed the problem and fixed it in less than 20 minutes. Great service, highly recommend Woody Tucker.

Very disappointed with these people they installed a hot water heater a year-and-a-half ago developed a leak call them to come out and look at it needed to be replaced the manufacturer covered the water heater plumbing company charge $500 to swap it out I'm I feel there is no justification for charging $500 to swap out a water heater that was under warranty they were not there that long I call it a rip-off

Woody Tucker used to be a great store to buy plumbing every thing from toilet handles to shower heads! I bought a home less than 2 years ago and they installed a Gerber Toilet (Not My Preference) After 2 months the toilet handle paint started peeling off the handle! However, I waited until it was real bad and so I went to Woody Tucker's Shop on Jasmine Blvd off US Hwy 19 in Port Richey, FL. To get a replacement, and there were none in stock, but there is a toilet the exact match of my toilet and it had a handle on it! I asked the gentleman that was manning the front desk if I could have the handle and he could order a replacement for that to particular toilet in the show room and he replied no he can't take it off that toilet. So I asked if you have a toilet in the back that he might be able to take the handle off! Again his reply was no they'll keep those in stock that toilet. So as far is customer service at Tucker Woody Tucker plumbing is just about two stars. Give them only a half a star but I gave them 2 stars because I knew Woody Who in his day would have made that sale to me because that's the way Woody was! I believe his kids or one of his kids is running the business and they don't make it important enough to keep customers! I guess I'm going to take my business elsewhere!!!

I really appreciate Woody Tucker Plumbing. They can usually fit me into their schedule within a day or two, they always do a great job, and they are very fair. Their service techs know what they are doing. I'm a landlord and I use them a lot. Having them install a water heater now, in one of my units.
