Our builder used Woodward for our ac and heating install. We had questions and they were very responsive and even stopped by when they were in area and went over details of the units. Super nice.

Beware of crooked business practices by Woodward. If you do use them get ALL prices up front and in writing. They advertised a $129 furnace tune up and later claimed cost for tune up is $354. (Yes, I have this in writting) Tech came to home with busted equipment, his gas leak detector was not working and had no other means to check for leaks. An important step for GAS founace tune up. Tech called for help and two other techs showed up to check for leaks, Woodward heating now wants me to pay $250 for them showing up. B.S. They should be professional enough to show up with working equipment and not expect customers pay for their screw ups. I did offer to pay for any materials used, they declined.

We truly appreciate the service we get from Woodward Heating. We've been using them for years and we're never disappointed. A couple weeks ago during the hot spell, they made the effort to add more coolant to our A/C system knowing we would see them for our annual summer system maintenance a couple weeks later. Making the extra trip out was appreciated. They are easy to work with and always do a good job.

We've only been at this house 5 months and these guys have been out multiple times lol. They serviced the old furnace, cleaned our air ducts and today they installed a new Coleman furnace and central ac. We're EXTREMELY happy with these guys. They offered us a variety of options to meet different budget needs with no high pressure sale tactics, super informative and just friendly people. We will continue to utilize this company and have full confidence in recommending them to others.

Woodward Heating offered us an amazing system upgrade. They gave us four options to choose from and we were given ample time to consider. We chose a heat pump and new furnace, all electric, which we didn't have before. They came to install the machines we wanted and did their job efficiently and knowledgeably. They are courteous and helpful, explaining how the new system will work. They very nice people and they cleaned up their mess, disposing of our old system as well. That in itself is a headache we are happy about not having to do! Please consider them for your HVAC maintenance or purchase, we recommend Woodward Heating!

I had a gas furnace and had Woodward Heating come out to take a look. It was very old and I knew it had not been inspected for a while. There were some definite problems. Their team recommended four or five alternatives. They were knowledgeable and very skilled. Once We narrowed on what I wanted, I got other quotes and I what I found was that not only was Woodward's recommendation top notch but when we were ready to go they did kept with in their initial estimates, they did what they said they would do, and what impressed me the most was that out of the four companies I called Woodward Heating was the only one that did not upsell me or try to convince me on unneeded work. Woodward actually advised me to wait on a couple things I was considering. I did appreciate that. I have had the system Woodward installed to replace my old gas furnace and it has been running about three weeks now. I love it. A big thanks to Max, Scott, and the whole Woodward team.

We recently had Woodward Heating come out to clean our ducts and vents. It was clear that the technician, Christian, was in a hurry, or not taking his time, because he left without gathering up the covers he placed on our vents, properly cleaning up and also left a relay attached that kept our air conditioning stuck on. Fortunately I noticed the covers right away and was able to call the technician so he could turn around and pick them up. Unfortunately we didn't notice the issue with the relay until the following morning when we woke up to our house only being 60 degrees. Thankfully my husband spotted and fixed the problem by disconnecting the relay himself and by lunch time our house was finally back up to 73. There was a special at the time of booking our appointment so we paid $400 for the service. No discount was given after the service when we informed the company of our experience. A week after the duct cleaning our furnace stopped working. We called Woodard and were told that they would only come if we deleted our 2 star review on google. When the technician, Justin, came he said that our motor had died and because it wasn't sold anymore and no universal parts would work that we would likely need an entire furnace replacement for $6,000. Thankfully we called another company and got a second opinion. They came out and correctly diagnosed the problem, which was a bad relay on the control board. A universal replacement part was used and our system is now working perfectly. Total cost was a few hundred dollars. We will never use Woodward Heating again nor will we recommend them to anyone.
