I paid for half of a new heat pump as part of purchasing my home and spoke with a company rep twice. He never shared that the new equipment was too close to other equipment or worse, that the door to replace the filter would be blocked by that other equipment. they installed without comment after I agreed to pay half, only for me to discover I can't change the filter. Their response - they didn't have to share that information with me, which is so unethical and bad in my book. I wouldn't use them; don't trust them.

Woodward installed a Mitsubishi heat pump. They were on-time, friendly (answered all our questions), finished quickly, and left the garage cleaner than they found it. We strongly recommend them and will use them in the future.

All of the people involved in this system removal and installation were courteous, professional, and well adept at solving all routing issues with ease. The new heatpump and air handler system is a great upgrade to our home, keeping the ""climate' comfortable and bearable during this ""hot"" season. The ""low profile"" outdoor unit has a much nicer appearance than the previous unit. Thank you to everyone involved, the project manager, office staff, installation crew and follow up technician for bringing us this awesome affordable system.

My HVAC decided it was too hot outside, and stopped working. I called Woodward, Cori was amazing and great to work with. I got an appointment the SAME day. The tech had the replacement parts in his truck. Jeff got me up and going, shook my hand, and went out to help another person in need. AWESOME company!

Couldn't get past their less than helpful Office Manager to even set an appointment for a technician. If he's the gatekeeper of service, the rest of the company must be fairly rude....

I had my annual maintenance on both my air-conditioning and furnace units. Jeff was very professional and friendly, and there were no problems or surprises, just the way I liked it.

Our furnace and air conditioner system quit working suddenly. We called the company that installed it ten years ago and requested their service to come fix the problem. We made an appointment for and the technician was prompt, able to diagnose the issue and repair it. A part had blown (a capacitor). He explained everything. Then we paid our bill and he left. It took a little less than an hour. Excellent job.

I purchase a brand new furnace from them 3 years ago. It worked fine the first year. The second year I had a couple problems with it. This year it only works randomly. I called them out to fix it twice now, they didn't fix it. They don't know why it's not working and have done nothing to try to get it functioning correctly. They have, however, have billed me not to fix it. I am suppose to pay them to do nothing. Do not use them!

Our builder used Woodward for our ac and heating install. We had questions and they were very responsive and even stopped by when they were in area and went over details of the units. Super nice.

Beware of crooked business practices by Woodward. If you do use them get ALL prices up front and in writing. They advertised a $129 furnace tune up and later claimed cost for tune up is $354. (Yes, I have this in writting) Tech came to home with busted equipment, his gas leak detector was not working and had no other means to check for leaks. An important step for GAS founace tune up. Tech called for help and two other techs showed up to check for leaks, Woodward heating now wants me to pay $250 for them showing up. B.S. They should be professional enough to show up with working equipment and not expect customers pay for their screw ups. I did offer to pay for any materials used, they declined.
