Excellent service! Called Steve before 7am on a Monday morning with a badly clogged toilet and shower drain. I know nothing about plumbing but he was able to ask me questions that I could answer and told me how to shut off the water to the toilet. Even though it wasn't a huge job in the grand scheme of things, he said he'd have a truck here at 9am. Promptly at 9am, Andrew and Joe were at my door. They were so polite, so professional, and so good in explaining the situation. I couldn't ask for better service. They even recommended a company to do the clean up in my basement (who called me within 30 minutes of their leaving!). Hopefully I won't need their services again for awhile (fingers crossed), but if I do, they will be the only company I will call.

Our toilet clogged up late at night and after an hour of convincing the bf that his plunging efforts were going nowhere I started googling 24/7 plumber services. Called a national company first and was told they could be there ""sometime in the next 4 hours"" (12am-4am). Not an awesome option when your only toilet is non-functioning. Called another place advertised as 24/7, and nobody picked up. THEN I called Wood's, and thank god for that. The phone was answered promptly and politely which was extra nice given the ungodly hour. I was told someone could be there in about an hour. Sure enough, Andrew showed up as promised. He was polite, efficient, and very knowledgeable. He was extremely thorough and made sure everything (not just the toilet) was operating correctly when he was finished. Rate was incredibly reasonable as well, particularly for an emergency call. They don't charge extra for coming outside of business hours! Hopefully we never have to call Wood's again, but if we do we'll know we're in good hands. Would recommend without hesitation.

I'm pretty handy. Tackled the job myself in order to save some money. Well as those things go, it cost me more money in the end run. So where does Wood's fit into all of this you ask? Came onto yelp to research a drain cleaning company. The big guys I cut out immediately because they charge more for, ""the name and the jingle"". I chose Wood's because they only had one review (a 5star at that), and seemed like a family run business (it is). I called and I assumed an answering service answered (nope, it was mom). She was very pleasant, and thorough on what would happen. With out too much more tapping here. The plumber (owners son, Begins with a D) called me when he left his house to give me an eta. They beat original time by a half hour. He immediately saw the issue but found two more along the way.
Grand scheme of things, they did a thorough job and were professional and extremely capable for the job and saved me on a beautiful Sunday mid afternoon. I will never rent a drain snake again. It will be Wood's and I know we can't elicit a ""comfortable"" feeling when your in a bind like that but they did. If you need help, I feel very comfortable recommending them. You'll be very happyasyou can see I was.

Called Woods Rooter Service this morning to have my main sewer line snaked, water was backing up into my basement due to roots in the main drain. Derek and Devan came by this afternoon and cleared my drain and made some recommendations for future maintenance. I will definitely be calling them again the next time I have an issue, and I'll be recommending them to my neighbors who probably have similar problems. The service was top notch and the price was less than expected. Thanks guys!

I've had Wood's Rooter Service on a number of my jobs, to perform video inspection and location task while my camera is in repair. I use them because I know I can rely on them to perform their duties, professionally, as an extension of my service, rather than promoting themselves to my clients.

Thank you, Teddy, Derick, Devin, Andrew and Joe (This is one review to cover the 1/2 a dozen times I have asked them to provide Video inspection for my projects). You all exude an enthusiasm for your job and providing solutions!

Eva the receptionist was very pleasant and helpful. They were very accommodating for our appointment. Teddy and Derrick came out and were on time which is always a good sign,. The quickly assessed the problem and snaked the sewer drain.
Both Derrick and Teddy were extremely professional and knowledgeable. Explained the entire process. Unlike some other companies , they did not try to push extra services . They were efficient and did a great job. Highly recommended. Will use them again . PS. My dog Sparky loved them

Teddy and Derick. These guys were fantastic. Serieously prompt. Seriously friendly and seriously professional. Bottom line: roots in the pipe. within a half an hour of the overflow in the basement they were here, diagnosed the problem, got to work, and a few short minutes later, we were all laughing and then to top it off, they rates were reasonable.
