Michael R.Disappointing. A very simple fix was required: replace a shut off valve to the dishwasher. Woods was recommended to me by our regular plumber because he was too busy to get out to us. It is no wonder why Woods had the time. He spent five minutes under the sink and charged me $132 for the repair. Parts were $12.
I am planning to have a gas line moved to the kitchen, which my regular plumber does not do. His quote was 35% higher than any other natural gas certified plumber I've had out.
This was the first time and the last time I will use Woods.
The work provided was quality work. However, it was a simple fix, so I cannot vouch for his capabilities on anything more difficult.
