I love Woods; I do not love Oregon bureaucrats who limited where I can use these wonderful plumbers. Those buriedcrats! say they can only do outside plumbing nothing inside the house - Yeh, insanity! Well, this time it worked ok because I had two copper pipes spring leaks and they were both outside the house.

Woods' schedule was booked (why not? they are the best!) but Stephanie worked and worked and got Matthew out for the first leak and he knocked it out of the ballpark. However, we then discovered water still running nearby. Again Woods' schedule was booked but did Stephanie pull another miracle? Yes, she did and Matthew came out and made mincemeat of leak #2.

I can't say enough about Woods. I have used them 10 years, they weren't always limited by those buriedcrats; but we'll see about getting rid of them!!!
Call Woods; they deliver, they care and they know what they are doing!

I have had these guys out twice now, one for a pipe repair and the other for a pressure regulator. Both times they were fast, courteous and professional. Their office is also good at answering and returning calls...and making sure you are taken care of in a timely manner...thank you Woods.

For simple and fast surface without having to prepay. The prices are fare and the people know there stuff.
There are others out there in CC but it takes to much to get them to come out and actually do something.

Ricardo and his staff are the BEST!! Called on Friday am with issue under house ,not sure if I would get any help or not. With in an hour or so Shaf arrives, goes under house to look at problem. He comes out and says I need to go to Ace real quick be right back. He fixes problem and is done with in an hour. Come Sunday morning I wake up to hear another leak under house(old house-old plumbing). I once again call Wood's and leave message about my problem not knowing for sure when I would get call back. Monday around 7:30 Ricardo calls and says he will have Shaf over as quick as possible. Once again leak is fixed and all is well. Wood's is such a great business to work with I am now thinking of having them repipe my house as to not have anymore Sunday morning leaks. Thank You Craig

BEST customer service!! I called and they were there quicker than I could have imagined. I am SO happy with the work that was done! Ricardo explained to me and showed me what work he did to my well which I appreciate because to me...it's just supposed to work. I now have water pressure and can do laundry, wash dishes, take a shower, etc. all at the same time if I choose. I won't go to anyone else for my plumbing needs. Thank you!!

These guys are really excellent. Timely, good communication, friendly, and professironal. We had a bad pressure tank, torque fitting, it had never been capped properly before, and they installed a new switch. They had to come out twice as a part came in, but we were all set to go without having the water off except for a couple of hours. I am confident that they have done the job very well. I'm not sure why there are complaints about price and service on Yelp, because we had a very good experience with Wood's. I'm sure any company can get busy and not be able to come out exactly when they promise, have a missed communication here or there, and I've never heard of a cheap plumber. If you want cheap, figure out how to do it yourself watching YouTube and making ten trips to the hardware store.

I really can't talk these guys up enough! I had called 3 plumbers to get quotes on replacing all of my outdoor piping from the 60s. They quoted me $3,000.00 less than First Service Plumbing! They had done work for my grandmother in the past and she loved them too. They did a wonderful job! They ended up having to reroute the piping. I was told by first service plumbing that would cost me $15,000.00, and woods did it for $5,000.00. No joke! $10,000.00 less than another plumbing company!!! They are professional, kind, with the best work and price in town! They are changing out my water heater as we speak. I will never call anyone else in crescent city again. Woods does it all and is by FAR the most experienced and best plumbers you can get in this town! I just can't talk them up enough. Thank you for all you have done for the generations in my family!

Last year my well kept stopping when we had the power outage problems and 2 days no water I called Woods and the pleasant receptionist put me on a waiting list. Very empathetic to my statis schedule me right away but no one showed. Being the original installers since 1956 they were my main goto. 6 days went by I was so miserable, begging on the phone to the receptionist. All of a sudden a man gets on the phone and says we will never come stop calling us ever again. 6 days you wait to tell me that. yelling in front of the reception area. I do not know the man. lucky for me the past owner of the helped and it is still working.
