My old hot water decided to quit working on a Friday afternoon, two days before I was to have out of town guests. I called Wood's and they immediately set an appointment for me early on Sunday morning. Josaiah promplty arrived, after inspecting the water heater, and upon his advice, we decided to replace the water heater. Josaiah was extremely knowledgeable, thorough, and patient enough to take the time to answer my many questions. I like the fact that he didn't hurry and that he took his time to get the job done right. He was also very neat and took the time to clean up after the job was done. You would not even know that he had been here and that any work had been done! Josaiah was also very personable and it was a pleasure to have him work in my home.

Woods plumbing came out to do a home inspection. After I bought the house I had them come out to replace the pressure reducer and install an R/O water purifier. Bart did a great job. He showed up ON TIME for starters. He had to drill through granite, steel, and wood to install the R/O. I had to sign a waiver for the granite in case it cracked. I wasn't worried, it turned out fine. He was a very hard worker, very pleasant, cleaned up after himself etc. I would recommend them to anyone.

We got three estimates to replace our water heater. One was high and didn't include much detail, not even the brand of water heater that the company would use! Two were lower and of these, we went with Wood's. We felt they offered the best product and we liked the level of detail shared both when the guys came to the house to look at the job and also in the written estimate.
Josiah was our installer and he was very competent and efficient. He was great at explaining some things going on with the plumbing and checked in before going ahead with a cut to our water closet (exterior) door. He did great work and we are really happy with our water heater.

ii paid 900.00 dollars for 2 hrs work. the parts amount too around 120.00 .i would never recommend woods plumbing. what a rip off.

I can't say enough great things about Woods Plumbing Enterprises of Tucson.
Our story: We made sure to hire only a ROC licensed and bonded contractor who we met at the SAHBA home show, checked references, the ROC, BBB and web reviews. Yet still, we were the victims of Contractor fraud and were left with a completely demo'ed interior (that we did ourselves) and a large sum of money taken for no work performed. After obtaining an attorney and filing with the Registrar of Contractors against the original GC, we visited your website www.rosieonthehouse.com to look for a plumber. There are only 2 recommended plumbers in Tucson and we called Woods first.
From the first minute of contact, the experience was refreshing. We were scheduled for an initial appointment within a few days. Joe the General Manager, was early to the appointment, professional, and really listened to what we needed. Two days later, he brought back his team. They spent several hours measuring, testing, scoping and discussing our situation. Within six days of our first meeting we had a detailed proposal in hand.
Our project took 2 weeks total and was permitted by the County and passed inspections. Each time the Woods team came to our house they were early, prepared with the correct materials, professional, cleaned up at the end of the day and kept in contact with us. The scope of our project was huge. Bart, Bob and Jay saw cut our foundation, installed all new water lines, new sewer lines to our septic, added a new laundry location, new powder room, re-plumbed the main and master bathrooms and repaired the trenches to grade. Their estimate was consistent with others we received but the quality of work was exceedingly beyond our expectations.

I had a leak in the valve at my main water line near the water meter and a friend referred me to Wood's Plumbing. They were extremely accommodating and able to send someone out the next afternoon. Bart called 30 minutes before the appointment time and let me know he would arrive a few minutes early. He diagnosed the problem and gave me a complete estimate to replace the valve as well as explained in detail all the work to be done. I was very impressed that he was able to complete all the work in the same service call and even worked past dark to get everything done. Bart was extremely personable, courteous and professional and he even took the time to go over everything at the end and make sure I had no further questions. If you're looking for a responsive and highly qualified plumbing professional, I highly recommend Bart and Wood's Plumbing.

These folks are pros. I needed a re-pipe. Got three estimates, Wood's wasn't the lowest but were competitive. I chose Wood's bid because the manager who gave me the estimate was very knowledgeable, pointed out code and age concerns, and was willing to work with me.
I can not speak highly enough of the plumbing team that installed my new piping. Bart and Bob obviously know their stuff. Real pros. Always on time, finished a day early, did quality work, worked with me on ""I'd like this done too"" items. A pleasure to work with. Showed real concern for my needs, even staying late to install fixtures so I'd have a working kitchen sink during the weekend.
After the piping was installed Wood's brought in a quality dry wall contractor to make sure the textures were properly matched and ready for painting. Corey and Mike did a superb job.
I dreaded having to re-pipe my home. It wasn't fun but Wood's made it a lot less of a hassle than I had feared.

Joe, the owner, contacted me and corrected the billing error right away and the price is right now. As I said before I was quite satisfied with the work done.

Woods plumbing replaced a water heater several years back why my house was a rental. I moved back in to my house in 2016 and found that they had disconnected a water heated fan unit. I called to ask why it was disconnected. It took 3 days to return my call. The owner did not take responsibility for it, in fact after I told him it was a pretty easy job to fix, his response was ""if it's so easy why don't you fix it"" Wow I disagreed with his answers, we got disconnected so I called right back and said sorry guess we were disconnected, he said ""no I hung up on you because I'm tired of hearing your shit"" I was shocked and said to him that I couldn't believe an owner of a business would say such things. His response was basically I was a horrible customer and hung up again. I have been in management for over 20 yrs and I have never heard such a response come from an owner of a business You decide if this is a company you want to hire.

I had a 5 year old water heater that needed a new ""mother board"". I had to make the 2 phone calls to determine the closest place that had the part and how the warrantied part would be paid for. Plumbers forgot to turn water off and blasted water all over cars, gym equipment and pictures on the wall. Husband spent an hour cleaning up mess. Plumbers took at least an hour
trying to wire new part to get it to work. I called the company to discuss issues and was told a manager would call me back. It has been 3 days and no call. I was charged $440 for
this part installation.
