He is personable, friendly and explains any details. Luis also took care of our twice per year HVAC maintenance last time. Fire service technician Eduardo Mendez knew exactly what the problem was, and made only one trip back to retrieve the proper parts. He quickly repaired the leak in the reverse osmosis filter and replaced a cartridge that was overdue for replacement. He showed up on time and was extremely courteous.

We've purchased a new home in 2018. The air conditioning system was installed by Woods. We have had them out numerous times for issues, including a water leak that caused us to have the ceiling patched and repaired. At the time of this incident, they told us that the pan underneath the air conditioner, that was to contain the water, will leak at the corners unless we had ordered and paid for some type of additional pan that we were never made aware of. We were not informed of this condition until after the pan leaked water into the attic soaking into our sheetrock and insulation. I used silicone caulk to caulk the corners myself and had to pay over $1500 to have the ceilingrepair repaired . Each time they come out. It is extremely expensive even though we have a 10 year warranty. The dispatch fee and other fees added I feel excessive. As soon as our warranty period is out will start to use someone else for any AC repairs going forward.
