In 2015, the business transitioned to new ownership when Robert Becker and Tim Qualls purchased it from the Woodrow family.

Dan S.Don't use this service if you don't have to. I had an emergency, I called their number as they say 24hour/emergency service. Well this is 5 days after I made the call and still haven't heard word boo from them. I am glad that one of their competitors was more reliable and able to assist me when I need them.
Pat C.I recently purchased a house and signed up to get a service contract for it with Woodrow Plumbing and Heating. Good move on my part. The AC failed and so did the water line to the refrigerator. Both were working after one visit. I have used them before and will continue to. Very responsive. Honest, hardworking guys. Have never tried to upsell me or tell me a part costs $800 so I should just buy a new unit. - (like has happened with other big-name plumber/ac services we have called.)
