My bathroom was flooded and it was so late at night. I called Woodman's plumbing and they answered no problem came out promptly with in the hour and was done in no time. The owner is a very nice and understanding young man very hard working.

I WOULD STRONGLY ADVISE TO AVOID. POOR SERVICE, UNRELIABLE, POOR COMMUNICATOR, UNPROFESSIONAL, DOES NOT STICK TO HIS WORD. I hired Chuck on 9/21/22 to replace the washer box and shut off valves. He initially quoted me $200 max. He ended up charging me $300 and left the job incomplete and said he would return tomorrow (9/22) to sand the wall and paint over where he worked and said it would be included in the original $300 invoice. The following day he never showed up. I called and left multiple voicemails as well as text messages, none of which he replied to. He finally responded on 9/25 telling me he would send his guy Mike (M&M Services) out tomorrow but did not provide a time window. When his guy showed up without notice on 9/26, he tried to send me another invoice and refused to complete the job without further payment. I tried calling and texting Chuck to discuss this but he ignored all my calls and messages. Needless to say, I will not be using Chuck (or his partners) again and would strongly advise others to avoid his service. Update: His partner Mike with M&M Services has continued to harass me for payment for uncompleted work and threatened to place a labor lien. Attached are the screenshots of the unfinished job and of the text conversation.

We hired Chuck from Woodman's Plumbing LLC whose work had to be totally redone. He ran a line from the house to the main water line which was never hooked up despite his claim that it was and the shower and outdoor faucet were not working at all when he was done. We repeatedly requested photos of work he claimed he did under the house which he never did send us. We had other plumbers review his work who said the work done under the house was a mess and questioned whether Chuck was licensed, which we found out he is not. He offered to refund us which he never did. We are out $1600 plus the emotional distress of working with someone so incompetent.
