Claimed one of their plumbers repaired my outside plumbing. I didn't give authorization for them to repair the faucet, if they really did do the repair. Got a bill for an outrageous amount in the mail. When I called about it, a lady in the background stated, "You don't have to give us authorization". The guy who answered the phone stated, "It's your business if you pay or if you don't ". So rude and unprofessional.

Managed to flush our car, keys, and clog the toilet... When we called them towards the end of the work day, they came out within the hour, even got our car keys back for us. Lol. Nice guy. We will definitely use them again, but hopefully won't need to very soon.

First, note that the company is now flat rate rather than hourly. They told me it was the same fee for a 40 gallon as a 50 gallon water heater. My water heater went out. It was a tight fit situation. The head plumber, Zeek, was using the wrong measurements to size a new heater (the top of the exhaust rather than the water lines which are old and best not be touched, and the actual constraint for fit). Zeek then tried to convince me that ALL water heaters have the same performance. Anyone who understands energy ratings or basic laws of thermodynamics knows this is a lie. Zeek left by 3:00 everyday I was trying to reach him to discuss the details of my replacement. I scheduled my replacement on a Wednesday for a Friday. Zeek removed me from the Friday schedule without ever telling me. When I confronted him about this, he opted to try to gaslight me and tell me it was my fault when I had done exactly as he had asked. This used to be a decent company. Sad to see it's current state. Watch your back, do your research, and don't hold your breath.

Had Lonnie out today. Our 4 year old Glacier Bay toilet wouldn't stop running and the push button flush valves needed replacing plus who knows what else. This is an honest plumbing service which we have been delighted with for a couple of years now. When you call ask for Lonnie or Keith to handle the work. On time, very friendly, knowledgeable, fair and no Up Selling. Exceptional.

Contacted Woodie Woods Plumbing to correct a couple of plumbing issues. I was given as estimate of the cost before they started, $268 to replace a toilet shut and flex line and $115 to replace a sink trap. I assumed that the job would take at least a couple of hours. I also asked the plumber about replacing the in-tank flushing / filling mechanism he said that would cost $161. I decided for the fifteen minutes it would take I would do it myself.

The total bill ended up being $475, the above items plus roughly $90 for cleaning a pipe end that the trap connected to. The kicker was that the whole repair job took one hour, $475 for one hour's work.

Next time I'll spend more time shopping around.

I had a big plumbing problem over the Memorial weekend. My bath tub and shower were backing up and the toilets wouldn't flush. I called Woodie Woods Plumbing and they sent someone over the same day, shortly after I called. The plumber, Clint, was extremely knowledgeable and was able to trouble shoot the problem quickly. He got the blockage cleared and my plumbing starting working again. The price was extremely reasonable for the job. He was super friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend him and this company.
