Woodhouse started out pretty good. Nice guys, two came, one seemed to be training or helping the other. They replaced our water heater without too much trouble and left. However, later in the afternoon, I went to use the bathroom faucet and it was shooting water at me. I called, once, then again a month later, then two months. Finally, they called back on the 3rd try, however when I sent a video of the faucet spitting at me, they told me I needed a new faucet. So, it somehow is my fault that they never drained the faucets like the 2 previous water heaters I had installed. So, now I need to buy a new faucet, and they want nothing to do with it.

I bought a water heater from Lowes and used their install services to get it installed. Woodhouse Plumbing was the business Lowes assigned the job to. The drivers tore up my yard, and when they were removing the old water heater they broke the drain for my bathtub. The installers said it was like that before they arrived. (It wasn't...) I took pictures and brought my concern to Woodhouse. The owner disregarded everything I showed him and told me that his guys did not damage the plumbing. I'll never use their services (Or Lowes) ever again. Word of advice if you use their services. Take pictures before and after so you aren't a victim too.

Friday, we got our water heater installed by two of technicians. The techs were here for about 45 minutes. I paid for a permit of $115. Only thing the tech. said that I need to fix is the hole in the wall where the 4 inch smoke vent goes through. After they left, I turned on my water 30 minutes upstairs and nothing came out. I called DFR (the company from Lowes where I first placed the install). Basically, they did nothing. I told me they tried to get a hold of the installer but with no luck. I called another water installer company to fix the problem ($200 service call). He said all the drains are clogged with brine because your water heater installers opened up the main too quickly. Now we need a new soft water heater. Also he looked at the install and said there is so many violations that this will not pass at all.
Violation 1: no plug in the water heater pan had no cap.
Violation 2.: water heater was set too high
Violation 3: the water heater BTU 40000 needs a 4"" vent. They used the excessing 3"" one.
Violation 4: the smoke vent which goes through a single concrete walls needs a B vent to be installed
Violation 5: the chimney vent needs a chimney liner.
I paid just under $2000 for this service and now I am getting a new contractor to fix the horrible craftmanship that your company did. Thanks for nothing. Never will I again use your company to install anything. I will tell anyone who needs work not to use Woodhouse Plumbing.

They installed a water heater 2 months ago. There is a small leak that is causing the top of the water heater to rust. I've tried calling for days and keep getting a recording that the voicemail box is full and they can not accept new calls. I tried to send email via the set up an appointment option but they do not respond.

Our water softener system failed. Justin from Woodhouse plumbing was able to give me a reasonable quote for a new device plus installation. Overall experience was very positive. They were able to install my unit the next day upon my confirmation to do the project. On the day of installation, friendly and knowledgeable technicians were present including Justin. Workmanship was excellent and the installation was also completed within 1 hour. I absolutely recommend these guys without reservation.
