The staff was not very helpful, and the prices are unreasonably high. If you're doing a major project I would not shop here even if directed by your contractor. Additionally, they ordered the wrong bathroom faucet which I was stuck with as it was installed before I saw it. All in all a bad experience.

Woodhill Supply helped solve another problem. I needed a 36"" sliding shower bar in 36"" length--polished brass--that would cover holes in the tile when replacing the existing 36"" Hansa (no longer available). Exhaustive online searches led to options that LOOKED promising, but for one reason or another wouldn't work. When I called Woodhill, Bill Oren said it might take him awhile, but he'd do his best to help. He found a retrofit Jaclo bar that is adjustable, with posts that can be used at the very end of the bar, and oversized escutcheons to make sure we covered the previous diameter of Hansa posts. Hat's off to Woodhill. (This isn't the first time they've given us high-quality and aesthetically pleasing products at a fair price for use in our 1908 and 1916 historic homes.) I'm a fan!

We are doing a complete bathroom and kitchen renovation so I went there willing to make major purchases if I was impressed with the service and products. The woman who ""helped"" me seemed disinterested, didn't ask about our projects or what we needed, and only answered my questions but didn't take initiative. Her explanation of the difference between brands was vague and useless. I got out as quickly as I could. She clearly had other things she'd rather be doing. They lost a lot of money.

Went here to purchase three faucets. After walking around for 15 minutes not one employee said anything to me. The place was so dirty. Even the displays were filthy. Will not return.
