I would leave zero stars if I could. Stay away from this company. They came here flooded the entire place and ran away. I lost my security system, ADT fell off line, and they were very very rude. Again, don't use this company. And then when I called customer service they don't even answer the call.

I read so many good reviews and it's close to the house so I decided to give them a call. A guy called Dennis picked up he was very professional took all the info and said his boss would come and take a look. Great so I informed my tenants and told them to keep me posted cos I don't live there and I was at work.

So the boss came looked at it quickly and left without doing anything. He told my tenant he would give me a call first and gave me an estimate. I waited for a few hours nothing happened. I called Dennis again he said he didn't know anything but would contact his boss for me. Again nothing happened. My tenants also told me the guy didn't seem like he want to deal with it. So I just decided to leave it.

Definitely will not do business with them in the future

I had Keith and his son service my boiler recently. They were prompt with there time and did a complete job on my boiler! They were honest and professional!

I would not only highly recommend them but will definitely call them again in the near future for any other plumbing needs I many have.

These guys are great! Even patient with me when I was late meeting them, and I know they were super busy. They were very responsive and made the repair within a day's time. I will definitely call them next time we need a plumber, happy to have a good contact in the neighborhood. Don't hesitate to give them a call.

When i had my previous water heater, i can turn on the multiple faucets at the same time with hot water.. but it ran out of service due to leak. Last year, with the new one that contractor installed, I can only use 1 faucet on for hot water. I thought it was the new water heater issue. So i called the heater company, and they sent woodhaven plumbing to my home to check.

Keith was very helpful, and did the flush test, and it turned out the heater is fine.. he mentioned might be some issue with my home's plumbing system.. He did not charge me anything, because he mentioned my heater is under warranty..

this is definitely a very trusted plumber, I guess the 80 plus year reputation isn't fake. I am definitely would refer it to all my friends.

was without heat on the 2nd of January. they came that day. great service, very nice people, professional, the kind you want in your house.
Needed them again for a gas range, they came in the morning to disconnect and came back in the afternoon to reconnect. the only thing I have to say is Merci.
I recommended already that company to my son.

We were in need of a new furnace/boiler to replace our old 30 year old leaking boiler. We did numerous searches online on plumbers and boiler brands and found many with disappointing and negative feedbacks. FYI, we found out that most plumbing companies may have a preferred boiler brand name that they recommend and push. After researching both local and large plumbing companies, we decided to try Keith from Woodhaven Plumbing and Heating.
Keith was courteous and professional and responded to our concerns and queries. His estimate was also competitive and reasonable. On the morning of the job, he and his crew, Dennis and Ray, showed up on time, did the replacement boiler quickly and seamlessly. His crew was also professional and knowledgeable. I had some additional questions about the new boiler which Dennis took time to clarify. The old boiler and debris was hauled away and they left the work area broom swept clean.
We are very satisfied with Keith and his company, Woodhaven Plumbing and Heating. They are courteous, professional and do excellent clean work. We would definitely recommend them to family, friends and anyone who requires top notch quality plumbing!

I called Keith after the plumber I had been using for years was unresponsive to my calls about a leaking radiator. What a difference! He came when he said he would, got the job done right and charged a reasonable amount. Since then, when I need a plumber, I call him. When one of my pipes broke, he came right away. He and his guys did the plumbing part of a bathroom renovation for me and did an excellent job. Since then, he replaced a water heater for me. This is a family owned business with customers that have been coming back for years.

I have been using wood heaven plumbing for over 25 years they are noting but the best.....Keith the owner is great
