Natasha B.I was house sitting for a friend when all of a sudden I heard a loud bang. I ran to see what the problem was and I saw that the pipe leading to the water heater had burst and was spraying water everywhere. I quickly went online and found Woodfield Plumbing and Heating and called them. After explaining to the person what happened, she told me to turn the water off and a technician would be arriving shortly. About twenty minutes later I had a technician knocking on the door. I showed him where the water heater was. He quickly took a look, a few measurements, ran to the supply house, and was back at my house to fix the issue the same day. He also used his pump to help me clean up the water.
