So awesome. THANK YOU. I was floored by an estimate from another local company, so I called Woodbridge Plumbing. Plumber was out the next day and did the work for me in under an hour. Super nice, professional and trustworthy. Cost of the job was literally 20% of what the other company quoted me. Unbelievable, right? I just deleted the other plumber from my contacts and put Woodbridge Plumbing into my address book. Definitely my new go-to company.

I am a first time homeowner and have never had to deal with major issues until this week. I came home to find severe water damage that had apparently been brewing for sometime. After the holiday weekend, I was able to call and book an appointment within 24 hours. I believe Crystal helped me schedule a tech to come out and she was awesome! The next day, Dave the tech came out, found the issue, and fixed it in less than 2 hours (which included him having to go back for a part).
Superb service, follow through, and professionalism! I was also very surprised by how low the bill was - great cost! I would definitely recommend them to anyone in need of plumbing help!

Can't say enough good things about this company from Debbie to Scott (and the other Scott). They couldn't give us the good news we all want, but they set the right expectations from start to finish. Poor customer service! The Owner Willie verbally told me not to call them again after a misunderstand on there part ( plumbing language). They charged me for a faucet that was not broken and wanted to bill me a 2nd time after coming out again to repair what was initially requested.

This people are con artists!!! They repaired a broken pipe and charged me almost $600. They charge $60 for every 15 minutes!!!! The plumber even charged me for the time he was talking to me on the phone!!! THIS IS UNHEARD OF!!! I used another company for the same problem the year before and got charged for half of this price. Shop around before calling them. There are fair and decent plumbers out there.

I had an emergency at the end of the business day and Woodbridge Plumbing was available after hours to meet my needs. The after hours overtime was reasonable, about the same rate that I paid for a normal business hour repair by another plumber 9 months ago. Leroy, the plumber who fixed my issue, called me 30 mins ahead of time to let me know he was on his way, was then promptly on time (even with slick streets from the days earlier snow storm), was clean and courteous. I even got a discount for being in the military which saved be a few dollars. I plan on using this company again in the future as they exceeded my expectations! Thanks again Leroy, fantastic job!

Excellent Service 5 years ago so I called them again to get a service call for a leaking hot water heater valve. They gave me an estimate over the phone of $150 but were unable to come out that day. I called another plumbing company and they arrived and wanted to charge me $250 for the job. I told them I would wait for Woodbridge Pluming to do the job and they left but called ten minutes later and said they would do it for $150. I let them do the job but next time will call Woodbridge Plumbing!!!
