Excellent Service 5 years ago so I called them again to get a service call for a leaking hot water heater valve. They gave me an estimate over the phone of $150 but were unable to come out that day. I called another plumbing company and they arrived and wanted to charge me $250 for the job. I told them I would wait for Woodbridge Pluming to do the job and they left but called ten minutes later and said they would do it for $150. I let them do the job but next time will call Woodbridge Plumbing!!!

Ask for Mike!!! Mike E. fixed my outside faucets that two other companies couldn't do. The price is cheap!!!! He was nice and explained the process all the way through. Office staff was very friendly, easy to schedule, and will call you a half hour before the service person arrives. I am a customer for life. Thank you!!!!!

Excellent service from office staff and worker. Explained their fees and saved me money from the very beginning by talking me out of expensive diagnostics and repairs that would have wasted time and been more expensive than a quick replacement. Total price was 20% less than quoted on the phone. Worker was on time, super polite, and quick. ZERO complaints!

Absolutely the WORST Customer Service in the NOVA area! We have used Woodbridge Plumbing for over over 30+ years. Customer Service there is now non-existent. We called booked their first available appointment a full week out. Then the tech shows up 2 minutes before the deadline ""&"" charge us $97.00 for being late and to take a look. Then said ""we"" had to locate the part order it so he can put it on & charge us again.

work quality was good, parts quality was good. labor is a rip off 175hr for first hr then $156 an hr after i was not quoted a price before repair and received an outrageous bill in the mail 2 weeks later. requested a small discount to no avail. will never do business with this business again period

Called them out to plumb in two lines for a utility sink in the basement and a new water line for our fridge. Price was reasonable and the work was top notch. They even replaced the cheap P-Trap my utility sink came with. I will definitely call them again for anymore plumbing work I need addressed.

Woodbridge Plumbing is great! The office staff is polite and helpful and the plumbers who come out to the house are clean honest and great at answering questions.

Our main water supply line sprung a leak 3 months back and the repair involves digging up the yard, replaying a new pipe from the meter to the house, running it through the wall in the basement and adding a new shut off valve. Woodbridge Plumbing came highly recommended to us by a number of long time residences of Prince William County. I called them and to do my do diligence I called two others to get estimates.

The estimators from the other companies seemed to be trying to find ways to make the job more expensive. Each time they would speak, they had a different plan of how to fix it and each one was more complicated than the previous. Of course these things all made the price go up. The estimator from Woodbridge Plumbing was clear about what they would do and how they would do it and the price given was competitive and fair (one of the companies quotes was neither of those things).

The guys who came to do the work were very friendly, answered all my questions and when I had to leave before they were done, took the time to show my wife everything, even the stuff I had already covered with them.

In the last three months since, we have had a hose bib freeze and our hot water heaters TP valve fail (when it rains it pours!) and we used Woodbridge for both of those. The labor for both of those repairs were billed by the 1/2 hour since they were smaller jobs. Both times I felt like the plumber did everything he could to do the projects in the shortest amount of time possible. There was no time wasted.

In the end, as long as I live in this area, I will be using Woodbridge Plumbing for all my Plumbing needs.

Fantastic job!!! The plumber adjusted 4 shower heads to make the water hotter and fixed my kitchen faucet that had low water pressure. He did all this in under 30 minutes and charged me $87 including the $10 off new client discount.

I was quoted $425 by another well known company in the area.

I highly recommend Woodbridge, Plumbing. You guys rock!!!
