The owner, Kris, is a coward. He lies to and cheats the customers. Telling them it's ""high end"" remodeling when in fact he goes for the cheapest of everything. Kris, you should get out of construction. You're terrible at it.

I am a previous plumbing customer. I call Jarrod for some follow up issues on the work he did 15 months before. Left voice mail, no return call. Next day called his office. My call was obviously screened as the receptionist came back on the line to say he was not available. Left message for a call back about previous plumbing work. No response. It as been over two weeks. They don't seem to care about follow ups on their own work. DON'T use this firm. They don't care about previous customer work.

Wood Road did a master bath renovation. Their work exceeded my expectations. They are easy to work with, do a great job of communicating and made every effort to limit the disruption to us. I would hire them again for any remodeling project.

My family is very appreciative of Jarrod and Kris! Wood Road Construction saved our Thanksgiving dinner as our water pipes were leaking that afternoon!
I didn't think anyone would be able to come out and help us as we had family in town for dinner.

They showed up quickly, safely, and still wanted to make sure we were comfortable before they began their work. Little did they know all I wanted was a dry dinner.

Our previously scheduled plumber was a no-show so we turned to Yelp. Loved that they responded immediately to the Yelp comparative bid process looking to install a garbage disposal. Jarrod, a master plumber and one of the owners, came the next morning as promised and professionally installed the disposal, cleaned up after himself, answered every question, and provided tips for disposal longevity. Before leaving, he asked if we had any other plumbing concerns. We booked him to come back for another issue! How refreshing to deal with a company with such excellent communication and one that obviously wants your business.!
