Wood was recommended to me by a friend. Had a leak in the kitchen which I could not locate the source of. He stopped by, diagnosed the issue and suggested I get the replacement parts which I promptly did. Have since been attempting to reach out to him on the exact same numbers to no avail. He elected to simply ignore us. I can appreciate a contractor being too busy if that is the case but I cannot appreciate no response whatsoever. I don't care what the issue is, there is absolutely no excuse for no return text or call. How long does a text take? Answer...5 seconds. I do not recommend.
