Same experience as Eva. Ordered an item online, than cancelled when I received e-mail from them that it would not be delivered until after my planned install date. They charged a 15% cancellation fee even though item was not in stock when I ordered it. Then I spent over 4 months trying to get the balance refunded ($240). No one ever returned phone calls or e-mails. Only after writing to the owner of the company did I get my money refunded. They did waive the cancellation fee and refunded money in full. Bottom-line is lousy customer service.

I ordered almost everything from them for my bathroom remodel. Their prices are good. I give them a 1 star because an item was delayed again and again...finally got it 2 months later...and 2 of the items were never shipped, but when it finally arrived 6 months later, the hole in the glass tile for the tub had already been cut to accomodate 99% of the spouts, but the Hansgrohe spout has the threading on the outside so it would not fit (my plumber hates the grohe brothers for making these spouts with threading on the outside which requires a bigger hole to be cut in the tile)...Since I have glass tiles, my plumber did not want to make the hole bigger as the glass tiles might crack. I contacted Ira Wood to get an RMA to return it but they charged me a 40% restocking fee and 20% shipping fee and $25 ""rebox"" fee!!!! So, I spent $90 on a spout and I got a refund of $12 after they deducted all these ridiculous return fees!!! I can't believe it, after I spent $2700 with them and it was THEIR fault that they didn't ship me the faucet when I had the tile installers scheduled!!! I will never buy from these guys again!
