We had this company move our shower drain for a renovation. The shower drain was not centered as requested but we didn't complain or leave a review. Additional problems came later once we finished our renovation. We had a huge leak coming from the drain that soaked our downstairs ceiling. We hired a different plumber to diagnose the problem and it was indeed the incorrect installation of the drain that was moved. On top of that the new plumber was significantly less expensive. Would not recommend!!

My 2nd time using this business, primarily based on the great 1st time experience. Once again the prompt, polite, thorough and excellent quality of work was there. These guys are amazing and do great work. They have replaced a garbage disposal, kitchen sink and now two toilets for me and I will continue to use them for all my plumbing needs!!!

Damion arrived right on time (called early morning and got an appointment same day). Had a clog in the bathroom that was affecting all of the draining pipes. He explained how everything worked and gave detailed instruction on what the possibilities could be for the issues. Great service and communication. Fairly priced. You can pay with credit card right on their tablet. I will seek them out again for any future issues that could arise. Will definitely recommend this company to all family/friends.
Also forgot to add: He followed covid protocols. Wore blue booties and face mask.

These guys are great. In preparation of selling my home, there were a few things that I needed to get done. Called them and they were able to come out within a day or two (it wasn't urgent). While on-site, they let me know that my needed parts were likely cover by warranty. I could call to get the free parts to reduce the repair costs or they could provide the parts for an additional fee. I opted to try to get the parts but during the initial visit they fixed the other item. Once the parts came in they headed right back out to finish the job. Always kind and professional. Work completed without issues.

Fast forward a couple weeks. Purchased another home that had a couple plumbing issues. Of course I called Wonderful. The owner was actually kind enough to review the home inspection report prior to closing to give me an idea of the potential costs. They were minor items so he didn't need to come on-site. A few days after closing, they got the work done. This is now forever my fave plumbing company. Family owned and operated. Same technicians all visits. These guys are great.

Major kudos and big recommendations for Damion of Wonderful World of Plumbing. Called WWOP for what I thought was a big issue. Told Damion the problem and he said it was nothing. He told me what to look for, then told me what to do. Presto, what I thought was a big issue turned out to be a 2 minute fix - that he walked me through! Others would have just ripped me off, as I expected to pay a grip for the repair. Excellent choice. I highly recommend them.

I am fairly new to the neighborhood and one thing that I have learned is that you carry your image everywhere! Although I have never used this company I can assure you that I never will. Every weekend they throw house parties! Even during covid!!!! For multiple days at a time. Although I do not live in the cul de sac with the owners I can not help but notice the amount of traffic and cars lined up there! It's like a nonstop block party. I have noticed that the company van is parked at this house daily. So when you're doing stuff like this in your neighborhood during a pandemic it looks bad for your business. For those that use this company... I pray you don't catch covid. People aren't taking this serious enough! I do not recommend!

Damion is seriously one of the kindest humans I think I've ever met. His goal in service is literally to make his clients happy (and he happens to get paid for it!). I ended up meeting him while he was doing a quick job for the restoration company doing some work in my home. While he was here I did that annoying thing people do where they ask questions to someone not getting paid to answer them, just because they're there. He was so kind and volunteered to check the issue while he was here. He ended up helping us determine that we had yet another leak in our hot water line. He came back and had it fixed just a few days later. He was so courteous while in my home, trying so hard not to make a mess and just be efficient. He was talkative and friendly and his prices are SUPER reasonable. He's stayed in contact with me through the entire repair process and I really just cannot recommend his services more!
