Let me add ****** stars to this business. As a small business owner, I was very impressed with Jac's professionalism and great attitude. I called her to make an appointment for my parents. I left a voice mail and she got back to me the same day. After asking about the problem made an appointment with her for the next day. 15 minutes before the appointment my father who is 78 years of age called and asked me to cancel the appointment. I was very embarrassed . I called her and asked her about the cancellation fee. She did not charge me any and asked me to call dad and do a few plumbing exercises to be certain that the problem with the bathroom was resolved.
Very helpful, Kind and professional! I will not dream of calling anyone else in future.

I have waited to write my review because I've had persistent problems with my plumbing. And, although Jac really explains things so that you feel like you have a grip on what's going on, I wanted to wait.

My persistent problems had been with my shower & tub leaking and every time a plumber came, they'd put new washers (or whatever they're called) in and say it's fixed. BUT... within 4 months (!!!) the leak would return. No. Not a leak. It was like we couldn't turn it off. Explaining the problem to previous plumbers, twice with the same plumber only meant that they'd come back and do the same thing and I'd be charged again for their work that didn't work.

Not so with Jac. When I called her and told her my sob story, she knew exactly what my problem was just over the phone. She asked me to email her a photo of my shower/tub setup just to make sure it was what she thought and when she came, she was prepared. Evidently, this was a specialty faucet that needed a replacement part. She's so sweet, she said not to be hard on the other plumbers because it's a unique fixture.

OK. So I'm not going to be hard on the other guys, but I will be overjoyed that I found Jac and I won't call anyone else.

She even told me that my toilet was getting old and gave me advice on what the symptoms would be when it goes out. AND, she gave an estimate for a repair versus a replacement.

That's going the extra mile. Oh, jeez, and she didn't charge me an arm and a leg (like the other plumbers who couldn't even fix my problem).

Did I say I won't call anyone else? I say: don't you call anyone else, either. I have already told all my friends (many of whom already knew about the problem that had gone on for years) about her so that they don't waste even a second on anything but the best.

After two plumbers failed at fixing my tub clog (and one quoted me $1000 and said he'd have to tear into the drywall!), I called Jac. She was at my house in less than 30 minutes and fixed the clog in less than 15 for 1/10th of the cost. And, unlike the other two plumbers, she was respectful and explained everything to me in language I actually understand!

Hooray for Jac! She will be our plumber from now on.

Jac is awesome, professional, honest and courteous! She fixed my toilet and my shower in about an hour and a half. She did a phenomenal job and I wish everyone in bay area would go to her if they should ever need plumbing repair. I was expecting to pay an arm and leg and when I saw the bill, I thought it was a mistake because it was so cheap.

I'm so glad I found Jac on Yelp! She came out the next day after I called her and easily fixed my plumbing problems: she replaced a leaking garbage disposal and unclogged a bathroom sink. She was efficient, friendly, knowledgeable, and very capable! She even gave me a great sushi restaurant recommendation :] I will definitely use Jac again should any future plumbing problems arise.

this was one yelp review that was no bull... everyone's glowing praise set me up for high expectations that were actually exceeded. Jac was very good and you can tell - she loves her job. She actually said ""I love plumbing!"" I do not love plumbing, and my assessments of minor problems actually turned out to be tricky little issues which she handled with great care.
Hands down, I would recommend her to anyone with plumbing ""issues"".

Jac was very professional and personable. She was going to be slightly late for our original appointment, so she called well before to make me aware. Once she came, she was in and out plus she took the time to explain the issues and what she was doing to fix them (I had a leaky kitchen sink). I feel very confident and comfortable in knowing that I've found someone I can trust to be there when I call the next time I have any plumbing problems (hopefully not too soon!).

I called Jac with regard to a leak I was having in my bathroom. My floor was spongy around the toilet and I told her that I needed to get my floor fixed. She gave me an estimate of the cost of her services, but she recommended that the people who were going to fix my floor would need to remove my toiler and reseal it anyway, so they would basically be doing what she was going to do. She didn't charge me for coming, and she saved me money. Although Jac didn't work on my toilet, I had to write a review -- she is definitely honest. Thanks Jac.

She just left my house an hour ago, and I have to rave about her: Jac Weber, a terrific plumber.
Within three hours she fixed MANY plumbing problems in my 96 year old Craftsman house. She even fixed an electrical problem in a bathroom lamp! Reasonable rates. She lives locally.

Two years later : I take it all back; her fixes lasted 6 months. She did a lousy job
