They had a good understanding of my leaking pipe issue, and they explained to me how they would do the repair. Their work was done promptly and completely-leaving the work area clean. The technician, Graham, was a pleasure to work with, obviously knew what he was doing, and was even flexible enough to make an adjustment when an unexpected appointment arose for me. I want to thank Graham from Wolfschmidt's for taking the time to resolve a problem with our AC unit that another HVAC person from less than a year ago and a home inspector from 15 months ago missed. Our AC unit is in the attic so not so easy to access but both of the other paid professionals should have easily discovered the problem. Graham was extremely professional and Wolfschmidt is fortunate to have this talented young man in their employ.

I had to call them to fix two sinks and a leaking hose in the bathroom. First time, the plumber made sure he worked for 1hr 5min and charged for 1hr 30 and claimed everything was fixed. Next day, I found the bathroom sink leaking and they had to come and fix it. There was no charge this time. Very next day, we noticed the bathroom hose was still leaking. This time, I had to wait for two days over the weekend and they came on Monday to fix the leak. He replaced some parts and claimed to have fixed it. Today the charge was for an hour and parts $70. In total, I paid $400+ to call them 3 times and sacrifice 3 half-days for them. I will not recommend them for anybody.

The contractor stopped by to ask if I was still pleased with the AC unit they installed a month ago. How many contractors ever do that?
The AC works fine and does a good job cooling and removing the humidity of our 100 year old house. Awesome!
