Wolfgang and his family made their way to Phoenix in 1976, where he honed his skills at a nearby air conditioning business for six years. In 1982, he founded Wolfgang's Cooling and Heating Corporation. His focus was on quality craftsmanship, meticulous attention to detail, and a dedication to excellence and built a loyal and expanding customer base.

In 2000, adhering to German tradition, Wolfgang transferred leadership to his son-in-law, David Hinze, and long-serving employee Tim Graves. Together, they proudly continue to uphold the strong foundation and traditions established by Wolfgang. Although Wolfgang no longer oversees daily operations, his principles continue to guide the company and ensure quality control.
