This company is awesome. Called them at 12 today- had Ryan at our crib within 2 hours and he replaced our transformer within 40 mins! Fabulous job, professional and polite. Ac working beautifully and saved us $$$! Thank you!

Talk about a great local business! Tom Doll and his team are some of the finest, most straight forward individuals I have had the pleasure knowing and working with. If you need HVAC service, install or repair make sure you give Wolfgang's a call.

Best customer service!! Honest company and they been in business for more than 35 years. I would recommend this company to anyone that need AC repair or replacement. At least, add them to your list to call because you would not go wrong with this company.

We purchased two Reme Halo units for our home Our technician was Phoenix P. He called to let us know when he would arrive. He was on time. He was very courteous and explained everything about the units. The installation went very well. He was knowledgeable and polite. I would certainly recommend Wolfgangs. I would also like to mention their sales rep Tom D who did a great job explaining what these units could do for our air filtration system.

A few years ago we needed two new HVAC systems put in and we chose Wolfgang because they are a respected company in town. Fast forward to last week when my parents needed service on their unit. I called Wolfgang for a first time visit at my parent's home. It was determined that the 28 year old unit needed replacing along with a second one on property. So, yesterday the two new systems were installed with ease and complete skill. Cody, Travis, Derrick, and Kadyn all did a fabulous and flawless job. The install of the outside units was a very difficult one because the new products had to be hand carried down railroad tie steps, through the dirt and under the hillside home. Not an easy task, but all four employees had a very positive and professional attitude all day long. They worked hard and were effective in their time management because they all worked as a skilled team. I continue to have complete confidence with Wolfgang and their remarkable employees.

Wolfgang's is great! I have had several issues when I bought and moved into my house. Well this summer the AC in the attic had condensation buildup and leaked. This caused a partial attic collapse. Wolfgang's was there in a flash and got it drained for me and put a switch in the pan that will shut my unit off when it gets to a certain point. They told me the pan under the unit was too little and not all the way under the unit. I had to have one that fit installed. What I like the most about them is every time I have used them they have sent Matt. He is fantastic and knows his stuff. They are an all around great company to use.

These guys were terrible. The tech that came out was lazy. He was more interested in leaving than fixing our air conditioner. I swear he was at my house for 5 minutes and was trying to charge me and get out of there. He kept telling me what I needed to do. At one point I told him he should be unscrewing my air intake not me. He got upset that he had to go back out to his truck and get his tools. I also had a coupon that I got off their website for $25 off any service. He then refused to honor the coupon. He told me that any didn't really mean ""any"" service. I would never use them again. Terrible!

Coming home from church last week we noticed hot air blowing out of our main a/c unit --- 110° outside so not a good thing! We contacted Wolfgangs emergency service and Cody came out within a few hours -- our 23+ year old unit had finally died! They have been servicing it ever since we moved here and nursed it for as long as they could. Even though it was Sunday, John P. came out and spent several hours very thoroughly measuring the house to see what we'd need. He even came back early another day to double check some of the duct work in the attic -- way too hot up there on Sunday! Gave us a bid and was able to set up installation the following Thursday. Phoenix P. and Derrick B. arrived at 8:00 am and by noon the unit was up and running -- great job, these guys were polite and answered any questions or concerns we had.
Very pleased with their work and will continue to rely on them for our air conditioning work.

I have relied on Wolfgang's for over 20 years. With their semi annual service I rarely have emergencies. But I did today--in July. Cody was on call and got us going again promptly. Grateful he knows his job and carries the necessary parts!

After posting a negative review for Wolfgang's I need to amend it. We've been using them to service our house units since we moved to Phoenix and were always pleased with their service and technicians. When I had them install a mini-split unit in my workshop I expected it to perform the same as a household a/c unit so was disappointed that the humidity levels were higher than I felt they should be. They have come over numerous times, called in factory reps and the unit works as designed. After 30 years of woodworking in a garage shop where the temps often hit 110° but barely any humidity in Las Vegas my hopes were too high. They explained how the conditions in a 500 square foot shop building don't compare to a full house so the unit will function differently. One thing I've always appreciated about them is that one of the units on my house is over 20 years old and has a number of issues. Rather than trying to nickel and dime us to make repairs they're content to just let it go and we'll replace it when it gives up the ghost completely. Other companies would suggest replacing the motor, bearings, etc. but the unit isn't worth it.
