Nothing but a 5 star rating for Wolff Water Heaters. We recently replaced our 12 year old water heater. Ben and assistant did a fantastic job taking out the old heater and replacing it with a new model. The installation was so well done. Professional and timely. Cleaned up thoroughly. Would highly recommend.
My very ancient water heater finally started to leak ..it wasn't a surprise but what could have easily been a nightmare turned into a pleasant experience. Aaron and Brandon came out to access the problem and a new water heater was installed in no time... quick efficient and cleaned up everything. The price was fair and the service was outstanding.
Daisy J.I would not recommend this company based on dishonesty and extremely expensive. To start I would say this company is responsive for answering phone calls and quick scheduling, and the technician was on time. The agreement on the phone was $150 to do the diagnostic and it will be reimbursed back once we decide to go ahead to fix the problem. However, the technician Ben quoted us $700 for a 2 hour job. The break down costs was $180 for the parts and $520 for the labor. It is extremely expensive and I explained to Ben that to charge me more than $250 ($260) per hour for labor is not justified and he jacks up the price just because he's already there. In the mean time we already called another plumber who will do the same job for $500 including parts! Based on the principle not to use dishonest and opportunistic company, I decided just to pay him the diagnostic fees and sent him away even though I will have to wait and pay another Plumber to come out. Buyer beware!!!
Dear business owner,
I did not black mail Ben. I asked him to lower the price because it is unethical and is extremely high comparing to another licensed plumber. Regardless if I kept him for the project or not, I was gonna write this review for jacking up the price. You are not the only one at the mercy of inflation!!! That's why for Ben ( your company) to charge consumers/ customers high rate at current time is unreasonable! By the way, I asked Ben to drop the price from $700 to $ 600 which is not a massive drop! And it is not Free estimate, I did pay Ben $165 for his diagnostic work and time!!!!
Conner was timely and efficent! He called to let us know he was on his way. He came in and had booties to cover his shoes, as it was raining. He was very knowledgeable and kind. He fixed the problem and made sure we knew what he was doing. Right before he left he made sure we ran the dishwasher to make sure all was running fine. Another problem arose, and he fixed it without charging more. He was efficent, and had great attention to detail. Thank you Conner!!!
We found this company by doing some research online. What sealed the deal for me was when I called the female who helped me (I wish I caught her name) was incredibly helpful and upfront about what everything was going to cost us. They had an appointment when I needed it as well which was fantastic (within a week). Ben came out and was super sweet. He was very knowledgeable and talked me through what he was going to do to ensure we were on the same page. He worked really hard and quickly. We needed him to install a toilet, change the insides of 3 toilets, and put valves on the back of 3 toilets. He did everything and was very meticulous. When it came to charge me there was not a single surprise. What a relief! That never happens with companies nowadays. Wolff water heaters is a genuinely honest and good company to hire. We really appreciate them and will be using them in the future!!!!
Mike D.Hey these guys were great. Was under my house cleaning the dryer vent and found some leaky copper pipe. I found Wolff through the Facebook Woodinville neighbors page. I messaged them on Facebook and they got back to me right away and scheduled someone to fix the pipe the next day. This business is super easy to communicate with and very responsive. They do great work. The price was fair and reasonable. Highly recommend and I will call in the future next time I need some plumbing done.
They were great. They came on the same day that I called and got our hot water restored at a reasonable cost. They were running late from another job and they called to confirm a new time and they still came in the early evening which is very much appreciated so we didn't have to go another day without Hot Water.
Katie M.Very responsive, very knowledgable. We called on a Saturday and they came over that day. They returned Monday to replace our water heater. I highly recommend them.
Business P.On time, prepared, no nonsense, water is hot. Bonus for fit & finish better than existing, and for triple-checking for leaks.
Simon D.Adam was quick to respond to my questions when my water heater failed on a Saturday morning. His team arrived promptly on Monday morning to replace the failed heater and install a new unit. They took the time to answer all of my questions, and even helped me with a few completely unrelated plumbing questions. Highly recommended.
