We found this company by doing some research online. What sealed the deal for me was when I called the female who helped me (I wish I caught her name) was incredibly helpful and upfront about what everything was going to cost us. They had an appointment when I needed it as well which was fantastic (within a week). Ben came out and was super sweet. He was very knowledgeable and talked me through what he was going to do to ensure we were on the same page. He worked really hard and quickly. We needed him to install a toilet, change the insides of 3 toilets, and put valves on the back of 3 toilets. He did everything and was very meticulous. When it came to charge me there was not a single surprise. What a relief! That never happens with companies nowadays. Wolff water heaters is a genuinely honest and good company to hire. We really appreciate them and will be using them in the future!!!!

Hey these guys were great. Was under my house cleaning the dryer vent and found some leaky copper pipe. I found Wolff through the Facebook Woodinville neighbors page. I messaged them on Facebook and they got back to me right away and scheduled someone to fix the pipe the next day. This business is super easy to communicate with and very responsive. They do great work. The price was fair and reasonable. Highly recommend and I will call in the future next time I need some plumbing done.

They were great. They came on the same day that I called and got our hot water restored at a reasonable cost. They were running late from another job and they called to confirm a new time and they still came in the early evening which is very much appreciated so we didn't have to go another day without Hot Water.

I called Wolff Water Heaters a couple of weeks ago to request a service of my radiant floor boiler that was in need of a tune up and cleaning.

Half a star knocked off because they didn't have any immediate availability, or anything for the forthcoming week, but I was able to get an appointment for today and at exactly 8am they knocked on my door as scheduled.

The two gents were very respectful of the home and diagnosed the small issues we were having, gave me the price up front for the service and went on their way a couple of hours later. The cost was $250, which is why I knocked another half star off, not for lack of professionalism or quality but it was a little steeper than some of the other quotes I had. But in all fairness they offered the quote up front on seeing the job, and executed it well.
