Wolfer's came out to work up an estimate for two projects - one small and one much larger. I paid their $95 fee for the visit and workup. A week later they sent me the estimate for the tiny project, but not for the larger. I emailed them twice and called them twice over a two-week period. Still, I've received no estimate and no response to my last email from two weeks prior.

Our condo building has a commercial contract with Wolfer's. They told our condo chair we could upgrade the MERV rating in our furnace filter. I learned after the fact that we should not do this without a HVAC consultation. Called them and asked for an appointment with one of their techs to discuss. I was told they would call to schedule. A week later, no call. Guess I did not represent enough revenue for them to schedule or even tell me that they were not interested in my small fry job. Small fries unite, boycott Wolfers.

Absolutely the worst communications/services I have ever received
In reading the reviews and first contact with the company everything very professional. I had a service tech out the same day as my initial call, he troubleshot the problem told me that they would need to order part and should have it in and return in approx. 2-3 days. I was so impressed that I went ahead and signed up with for a maintenance visit for 2 additional years. I waited until the third day and called in the morning to see how things we going and when I can expect the follow up service call ... was told that they would call me back and let me know the status ...... nothing
Waited until following afternoon to call again and was again told that I should expect a call in the following morning about my service call
NOTHING !!!! Called following afternoon to request to speak to manager about the situation ... was told he was in a meeting and will call me when he is out ......again NOTHING - ... i left an email at the company website asking for a return call on the status and NOTHING .... I went a week with no heat and no communications .. Very frustrated and rarely both reviews but there was no excuse for this treatment at all

Wolfers work was good, service IDK, we haven't needed it,(which is good), but we were sorely disappointed with all of the discounts we were supposed to get through Costco, and a tax break, on and on. We got a tiny check from Costco, and it was near impossible to reach all the paperwork to get any other discounts. If they got the discounts for you it would be one thing, but don't expect to get any of the promised discounts on your expensive purchase. You're going to pay the price without the discounts!

I called for service yesterday, and they had a technician out at 8 AM this morning, even on a Saturday! Fairy professional technician who was friendly, and proficient. He had our furnace working again in about 20 minutes! Very reasonable cost, excellent service. Highly recommend!

Amazing customer service, extremely timely, and came in over $1,000 lower than another place with faster service. They did y try to upsell me or anything. I will absolutely be referring and using again when in need of service

Furnace stopped working yesterday so I called them immediately the next morning to schedule. I was told that dispatching would be calling us shortly. We made a follow up call and was told we were on the dispatching board and someone would be in touch shortly. I assumed the dispatching board means someone is coming, guess again. I just received a phone call from dispatching saying they couldn't make it today and the earliest they could is Wednesday and would I like to schedule, 6 days from today. I mean, you can't tell me your earliest appointment is 6 days out when I call the first time so I can make other arrangements before 330PM.

If this is the way they run scheduling there is a major problem with their organization. Wait 7-8 hours for a return call telling you they can't come out for 6 days. What a joke. Wolfers installed my system, Heating and AC. If I knew this was the service I would receive after installation I would have had one of the cheaper guys do it. I banked on their reviews and reputation but obviously I was wrong.

I just purchased a new Lennox heating and air units. My heat pump 25 years old was working in emergency mode. Barely putting heat in my home. Leon came out and did an estimate with 3 options. I purchased my choice 3 days later they came out and installed units. The technicians where very professional, clean and courteous. My unit is working beautifully even heat where as my kitchen hardly blew anything out. Thank you to all .

Wolfer's was just awesome to deal with. Upon calling their office I was set up with a very quick service appointment for the next day. They were not only on time they were early as they had a cancellation for the appointment before mine. The service technician was very honest and knowledgeable and confirmed my own diagnosis that my heater furnace needed a new fan or motor. He did not try to upsell me anything. He left, drove 60 miles to obtain the correct part and came back and installed a new fan motor all within three hours. Heater/Furnace back in service, works perfectly and even more silently than before. ( motor was 10 years old) .
Price was reasonable. Tech was respectable, knowledgeable and just simply awesome. I will not hesitate to recommend this company to all of my friends and family. 5 stars!

Horrible company, no communication, nobody answered the phone. The work that was done on my home wasn't what I expected, cutting holes in drywall to run a new thermostat line, and not fixing the holes afterwards,Leaving a mess in the house. a bunch of quacks.
