We had a water leak in our condo from a bathroom sink drain that of course migrated to the neighbor below us. We just found out about it yesterday and was able to get Wolfe out today to fix the problem of a broken drain pipe.
Rowan was able to remedy our situation in 1 hour from start to clean up. I would not hesitate to call Ryan & Wolfe plumbing in the future if needed. Thank you for the great service! Happy customer face

Cant thank Wolfe Plumbing Service Department. Ryan Starr came on a last min emergency call. I had a leaking water pipe under my subfloor. He was able to get into the crawl space and secure the water leak and even clean up the water mess. The best service anyone could ask for

We had an onsite meeting for pre-installation and estimate of a fire protection sprinkler system. We clearly discussed how the changes would be made, what the system would be and I signed off on the proposal and estimate that was sent following our meeting.

Unfortunately, the proposal language was generic template in regards to meeting code, timeline and payment etc. but no actual schematics or plan written down.

Should have know to get everything in writing. The estimator sold me a decent solution at full cost, and the crew they sent did the fastest hatchet job they could.

None of the parameters we discussed at the estimate were achieved except for meeting sprinkler flow requirements. The as built was completely different than what we discussed, but since I let them get away with a generic proposal template I'm screwed. Yes, it meets code as described, but now I have hard pipes hanging down, blocking garage doors where they should not be, no disconnect valves and no recourse except to find another plumber to fix the mess in the future. Will end up costing me 2x for a mediocre job. Do not recommend.
