Ryan (owner) happened to be in the neighborhood and, as promised, after he finished up with the job he was working on, he stopped by to check out a problem for an 88 y.o. family friend. The next business day, Pat came out to do the work. We were expecting to have a new hot water heater replacement, but, instead, Pat actually found one problem that he quickly repaired (he could have told us it needed replacement and charged us accordingly) and then replaced the ancient faucet that was beyond repair. He was polite, friendly, and efficient. And...the price was very reasonable! I know because I have been charged way more from another large firm for less work done. Highly recommend!
