WOMEN - IN PARTICULAR - BEWARE. We had an issue with a leaking faucet that needed some urgent attention. The plumber arrived with a terrible attitude and made us feel most unsafe in our own home - two young women. He then refused to leave the property leading to standoff when we asked that we speak to the office directly. We were bullied into paying $200 when all he had done was create a mess and vacuum up some water. The cherry on top of the cake was the spitting on our garden - classy! We called Best Home Services who had the issue resolved in less than 10 minutes.

From my 1st contact over the phone, phone call confirmation of the appointment, to the prompt arrival time at my home. Very pleasant and professional. Fair and reasonable pricing. If we could give a lower rating, we would. Wolf Plumbing was contracted through our home warranty and we would never wish their customer service on our worst enemy. The man was curt and not informative at all. As my husband was trying to decide whether to continue with one of the services we needed, the man was extremely impatient and had the audacity to say, """"Well are you thinking or not??"""" Moreover, he left our shower and bathroom a complete mess. We've already contacted our home warranty and requested that Wolf Plumbing and Construction NEVER to be dispatched to our home again.

We called for emergency service at 9am on a Saturday and Ronnie was there by early Saturday afternoon. He showed up with a mask on, very knowledgeable and professional. Cleared the blockage in the drain immediately. Spent some time with us educating us on Florida plumbing since we just moved down from the northeast. Very professional and a fair price was charged for the work. Would highly recommend Wolf Plumbing and the best thing is we just found our new plumber. Thanks again Ronnie.

We had Wolf Plumbing come to the house to let us know if an undercounter sink change was possible. After less than 5 minutes, Ronnie informed us that he did not do undercounter sink replacements. We were charged $125.00 because he was told he was at our home to do a measurement (that he never did - because he doesn't do the work we hired him to do). Generally, appropriate inquiries are made at the point of contact (telephone call) to avoid charges for services this company does not provide. Very disappointed. Wouldn't recommend or use them again.

I called Ronnie because of a long standing plumbing problem and he came the next day. Another plumber that I had started with kept putting back. As it turns out I have a issue that was specially identified and fixed. Suggested what I could and shouldn't do so I would not have to call him again and the problem was not as severe as to have so dig up floor and fix something that wasn't broke. Comparable if not less expensive than others and will email my scope instead of dump it as the other plumber! So honest and helpful. Wore all appropriate safety gear. Cudos!

I did update the google review. Many thanks to Rebecca for fixing the issue. I was told to pay $200 more to use the original copper pipe. Kenny replaced the hot water pipe with CPVC and took him about $10 minutes.

I made an appointment with Wolf Plumbing for December 19 in the beginning of November. I needed a shower faucet changed in my mobile home. I did not ask for an estimate based upon my friend's recommendation. I did ask for a verbal estimate but the plumber was not able to give one. The access panel easily accessible. The plumber, Ronnie, did the job in less then two hours. He converted two faucets in the shower to one and replaced the shower head arm. Then the bill comes! $570 which included a $110 service call even though it was an appointment made last month. He charged over $180 for the parts when at Lowes you can get it for a fraction of the cost. Basically, he charges around $200 per hour!!!! I really felt Ronnie should have said how much it was going to cost before starting the job especially since this is a mobile home and no way did I ever think it was going to be a $570 job. Plus after paying $570 I had to clean up the dust and dirt from the drilling he did. Do yourself a favor and request a written estimate!!!!

This plumber is totally not interested in customer service. He was called in to fix our pool pump after the landscapers hit it. He did not even tell us he was outside, made a sort of fix, cut the pipe too long so we cannot unscrew the clorinator, then left. When we called him and asked him to come back and do it right, he told us he was the professional and didn't know what we were talking about! He said he was being hired by the landscaper and didn't care what we thought! And he is the owner. Do not hire this man!
