DON'T use their services! They overcharged me, sent me the wrong bill, left me with a gas leak, and then tried to have me fix it on my own. Absolutely terrible service all around.

I really wish I would've look at all these negative reviews before I hired Wolcott to install mini splits in our house. They have been dishonest, disorganized, and an overall nightmare to work with.

I chose Wolcott over other companies because they told me the turnaround time was going to be 1-2 weeks. We're over 2 weeks in, and I was just told it is going to be 2 more weeks. I understand that there are supply chain issues, and I really appreciate all of the other companies that were transparent about the fact that they didn't know when they would be able to install.

Wolcott flat out lied to me to get the business. Once I put the deposit down, I didn't hear from them for weeks. I had to consistently call and leave messages just to keep the project moving.

I've asked for my deposit back, but they are going to charge a restocking fee and a permit fee, however they won't tell me how much that is going to cost. So here we are again, waiting. Depending on how much it is, I might just eat the costs so I don't have to work with them anymore.

I would recommend Able Heating and Cooling, who we should've gone with in the first place.

Again, went to set up an appt for for work to be done after meeting up with tech over at neighbors house for same issue.When I called, was told they required credit card info up front . My appt was to be some weeks out and do not feel comfortable giving out credit card info over the phone to a stranger to have it possibly hacked by others , esp when I am paying cash and made that clear . With times as they are and personal and credit card info being stolen so often , this seems unacceptable to be asking for in advance to have it out there for possible loss of info. Never had to give out credit card ever in advance, especially over the phone , to a stranger

I have used Wolcot for years on the plumbing side. They just put in an air conditioner at my house. Great clean Work! Took them 1 day to install & I did not have to clean up after them. Awesome friendly crew, & they are very competitive. Will continue to use them for anything we need at our house!

Sloppy work. They did a lot of work for us as we are renovating our house. Put in a hot water heater and a new heat pump. they criss-crossed the drainage line across the entrance of a closet door (to be) so that we couldn't use the closet or enter the area. They said they would fix it if we paid them more since it passed inspection that way. Guess it didn't matter we couldn't use the space as attended...a closet. They totally ignored the instructions on where the new rooms would be for the vent system, we had to have it redone. Really terrible work. Wouldn't use them again if our house was flooding.

We needed kitchen sink faucets fixed -- hot was leaking badly. Wolcott was 3rd of 4th plumber I phoned. It was a Thursday and they all said Monday at the earliest -- one even said it would be at least a week. Wolcott booked me for the next day. Joel phoned 15 minutes before arrival & came at scheduled time. Replaced lines to both faucets (the sink was installed about 20 years ago and had never been serviced). Everything works great. And Joel was a very pleasant and agreeable person. Couldn't have hoped for more.

We woke up to a tub that wasn't draining and a very dirty kid. Called Walcott and they sent somebody out within hours. Anthony did a great job - and worked past when many other plumbers would have called it quits and told us to replace our old pipes. We will be using them for all future plumbing needs.

I cannot say enough good things about the service from Wolcott. First of all, I was so happy to have service on the day I called. Anthony V. Was our technician, and he was timely and very professional. He explained everything that he was doing to clear our badly clogged kitchen drain. To show me what the problem was, he let me look as he ran the camera scope down the line. It was easy to see the problem, it was full of grease! No wonder the sink was backing up! I will ask for Anthony any time we need a plumber, and I will recommend Wolcott to all of my family and friends! Thank you for the great service!

Called them to get a quote for a AC unit in our new home as they are the company who the builder had install the heating system!!! The rep Mike came out to give us a quote and at first he was friendly and all however he seemed to be in a rush and did not go over the details of the system and install or Evan a quote told me he would have to email the quote to me and was in and out in less the 30 minutes!!!! Four days later I had to call to find out when I would be getting the quote !!!!! They said that they had lots of quotes and would reach out to Mike to see if he could get me the quote!!! Once I received the quote it was not complete as I had discussed about insta hot feature on our tankless system!! Three days later I called again about the quote and then I received a call from Mike to ask what my issue was with the quote and I tried to explain what was missing and he became very rude and raised his voice on the phone to me I let him know if he continue I would disconnect the call which I ended up doing due his rudeness to me!!!! He then called me 9 times as I declined each call!!! I email them on how my there employee was very rude and let them know I would be reaching out to other companies for AC quotes!!!! Which I did !!! I would give them no stars if that was an option here!!!! Very poor customer service!!!'

so I had ATemp Heating and Cooling out at my home today to install my new AC unit and what an amazing install and customer service they provide!!!!

I came home to a broken pipe on New Years Day. Mike & Tony Hogg came out the next day and replaced the broken section. The pipes are old and corroded but held together for the patch. Mike gave me a very reasonable quote to re-pipe everything and will start when the weather clears a little.
Mike Hogg is professional, friendly and so easy to work with. This is the second time I have had Wolcott Plumbing out here. The first time it turned out to not be a plumbing issue and they would not let me pay, after being here 45 min.
When I called Mike on New Year s Day, he answered right away and gave me a 10:00-11:00 window for the next day.
At Wolcott Plumbing they treat you like family. I'm scheduling a whole house re-pipe. I feel good about it, I'm confident they will do an excellent job for a very reasonable rate. I'm so relieved, no more worrying about old, corroded pipes. Thanks Mike and Wolcott.
