We had a leak from the street to the house. Called Wolcott (they were recommded by our plumber). They came over the same day, turned off the water and were able to give us an estimate. They replaced the pipe from the street to the house and also called Robinson Restoration to get the water out from our crawl space and replace vapor barrier. Both companies were excellent and the employees were courteous. Wolcott came out late for us. We really appreciate Wolcott for getting the job done in such a timely manner.

I'm out of town currently, and just heard from my husband that the scheduled service person didn't show up. Bad form! Especially after demanding a credit in the case that no one was home, after he told them he would be home during the time frame that was scheduled. There was no phone call saying the service person wasn't going to come.
The worst service ever. This is the second time for bad service. There won't be a third. Hubby figured it out via YouTube. You're loss Wolcott.

I had Elijah from Wolcott Electrical come repair a outdoor electrical outlet. He was the most professional electrician I have ever had. He was knowledgeable and went through my house to tell me of any additional concerns. He was competent and knowledgeable, and got right to work. I would absolutely have him to my house again. I am picky, so this is saying alot!! Thank you, Elijah.

Do NOT consider Wolcott. They are OVER priced. They do not stand behind their work and the technician that came to do work at my home was INCOMPETENT.

After hearing the radio advertising for Wolcott I thought about them when my Airbnb needed a shower cartridge replaced while I was out of town. Sean came out and of course I am at a total disadvantage as I cannot discuss anything in person. He gave me a figure of $465 to replace a $40 part. Online estimates for this work is $250-$300. As I have several rentals I am aware of what costs should be. First and last time using Wolcott.

If I could give it a lower review, I would. This company is un-ethical, dishonest, and I would NEVER use them or recommend to anyone. Flat out lied to me about my clogged pipe. Said Disposal was the issue, which it wasn't. Charged me $275 and left with the problem still there. Contacted the company after I had another company come out and never heard 1 word back from them. I will be contacting BBB. Run, don't walk to any other company. I ended up using ProDrain in Beaverton and they were FANTASTIC, fair, and fixed the problem quickly. Live and learn.

Don't even stop for a second to consider this business. Read the lousy reviews. I'm sure they are all true. The absolute worst business, unapologetically rude. Make appointment's and cancel at the last minute constantly. Even with a arrive contract, they don't care. So many better options then this!!!!

DO NOT HIRE WOLCOTT! They quoted us $4,860 for a sewer spot repair, ripped up our whole yard, then told us they needed NINE THOUSAND MORE DOLLARS to complete the job!!? Wolcott also broke a panel of sidewalk with their excavation equipment - visible track marks and damage - and the GM refused to pay for it. We ended up hiring Reynolds Sewers to install a completely new sewer line for only $6,200 from scratch. In retrospect, going with Reynolds from the get-go would've been the right move.

Jake and Anthony were awesome! My shower wasn't turning on and they came out, quickly assesed the situation and got my shower working again. I couldn't be happier with their work!

Oh my gosh! I wish I had read these yelp reviews before I called these guys. I guess I already had a negative experience with them years ago and actually left a review. ? Well, here's bad experience #2.
Wolcott charges $97 for an estimate. This is the first time I have ever paid a contractor for an estimate, but I understand contractors are super busy so I didn't mind that much. I was told it would be deducted from my amount due when I had the work done. Except I never got my estimate. They were here on 8/3. I called on 8/18 and was told the plumber needed to consult with his supervisor, which kind of blew my mind because it had already been over two weeks. By the time they called back on 8/26 I had already found a plumber and had the work scheduled. I let them know I was super disappointed that I spent $97 on nothing. No offer of a refund, nothing. Save your money & go with a contractor who values their customer's time and wallet.
