I called to make appt after talking with tech out on call at neighbors as we have same issue and he looked at what needed to be done, gave me his card , I tried for two days to get thru to make appt, sent email to tech and no response. When I finally got thru to office was told by Jasmine I needed to give her credit card info in advance...Explained I always pay cash ...not comfortable giving out credit card info to strangers and have never been asked before and appt was for some weeks out. I find it disturbing to be asked for type of info in advance before services are rendered and pay cash.
Another office person, Johanna also reiterated same ...I still find this unacceptable esp in times of hacked and stolen information?
Would not recommend this business for this reason and also found other complaints about service from others on internet

Lonnie, Derrick, and gang are top notch. Quick, knowledgable, and over the top professional! Highly recommend to all who are needing any plumbing services! The only plumbing company I will use.
