Horrible, horrible experience with this plumber, do not use these plumbers!!!! We added a bathroom in our basement and did a remodel of the main bathroom in our home. Wofford plumbing came to my home and gave us a $1500 quote then charged us $3000 after they replaced most of our 1 1/2 inch pipes with 2 inch pipes without even telling us. His rationale was that he was bringing it up to code. The problem I had with that is that #1 we live in the country and don't have to adhere to code, #2 we weren't having problems with the 1 1/2 inch pipes, #3, they didn't tell us they were doing it and didn't have our permission!!!! They disconnected the drain pipes to our washer and didn't tell us, they left telling us everything was back on and they would be back the next day. I ran a load of wash and flooded our basement. When the water was gushing out in the basement I didn't know where it was coming from so I frantically called the plumbers phone number given to us by our contractor, a woman answered the phone and started yelling at me to stop harassing her then hung up on me. They also broke our water main in the basement which flooded the basement a second time.

They have been very generous and professional. They charged me a normal decent price even though I was in predicament to have to pay anything to have my plumbing fixed. They even once fought for me with city officials to have my main valve replaced my them.
They are so good you may have to wait to have them come out and fix your problems.
