The technicians are the absolute best! I had to have an emergency service call. The receptionist always gets a plumber out to your place as soon as possible. I have had several of their plumbers come out over the years, but today I had my favorite, Leo. He is so kind, and makes a real effort to keep things tidy, and get the problem resolved as quickly as possible, and most importantly: in one visit! I appreciate them all so much, and gladly recommend them as your go to plumbing service!

Came same day to fix 2 issues at our house. A leak at the supply to the house before the shutoff valve and a toilet valve. Staff was friendly, attentive, and cleaned up the areas that they worked on. Price was fair compared to other plumbers in the area, so the final bill was on par for time/difficulty compared to past experiences with other plumbers.

Outstanding service starting with the first hello when I called. I have dealt so many times over the years calling other plumbing companies where no live person answers the phone, and after leaving a message it may take a day or two for a response, only to be told that they cannot respond for a day or two.

When I called, Wm Rieck Plumbing I was told by the nice lady on the phone they could have someone out that day between 1pm and 3pm, if that was, okay? Great news! Then a short time later another call telling me that 'Paco finished a job early and if he could come on over. Even greater! I had been trying to clear the kitchen drain with over-the-counter plumbing products for days, and nothing had been working, and was fearing that the cost of calling in a plumber thinking, this could really be serious. We are seniors and my husband has serious health issues and I needed to get this rectified as soon as possible. I cannot say enough good things about Paco; he arrived, and I explained what was going on he calmed my nerves and with a smile on his face told me not to worry I'm going to fix this.

What started out as a terrible day fearing the worst, turned out to be a wonderful encounter with an incredibly caring young man, and the invoice at the end was much less than other plumbers we have used over the years for similar work. Thank you.

I had them come out to unclog a shower drain that I couldn't get myself. The guy who came out was Ray and he was great! Super nice guy that even told me after how he did it so possibly I can do it myself next time. He was quick and didn't do any unnecessary work! The charges were exactly what I was quoted. They gave me a window of 8-10 and he was there at 8:30! I will definitely be calling them again.

I had a pseudo-emergency last week and called numerous local plumbers, but understandably, it was Friday and would be difficult to get a tech out. WM Rieck plumbing came through and said they could squeeze me in.

Freddie showed up promptly that afternoon to replace a cold water supply valve to my hot water heater-I had been without hot water for over a week due to another local plumber that dragged me along all week with no resolution, so I decided to do it myself. I was near completion and then the valve broke, putting the work to a screeching halt.

Freddie had a professional attitude and finished his work in less than 30 minutes. My family thankfully had hot showers that evening. To boot, the price was very very reasonable and service, impeccable.

I cannot thank them enough for getting our hot water back before the weekend.

They are now my go-to plumber. As I type this, Ray, from WM Rieck Plumbing is at my home rerouting a drain pipe for me for another project, and it's looking good so far- again, professional attitude and top/notch service.

We've been using Rieck Plumbing for almost 15 years and have always come away impressed with their work and honesty. This week we had some issues with the pressure in the cold water faucet in the kitchen. Joey came out and took a quick look. Our bad. The line under the sink wasn't turned on enough. We felt awful, of course, but Joey was more than kind and courteous. On top of everything else NO CHARGE for the visit!
