Check out the dates of the reviews. Know Wayne has other interests but come on! We had him swap out our Hot Water Heater in Dec 2021. We still have the old heater in the back of our house waiting to be taken from the hill.

Called several times...""going to be out of town"", working on my truck "", etc. This has been going on for 9 months. Great indication that customer care and follow up is weak.

Maybe he has other interests?

The only person around to help us out! We were without hot water for almost a week and had lots of ""3 weeks out"", ""$$$ trip charges that don't go towards repairs, etc. He came to our very off the beaten path place within a few hrs of making contact and was extremely reasonable in pricing (like half of others we spoke to), knowledgeable and efficient. Highly recommend, especially over the big non local companies. I knew he was a good find (off of BBB+) when he asked for photos of my water heater vs those that charge a non refundable trip charge and show up not being able to help. He's my go to from now on.

Wayne is truly a life saver. Just last week, our pipes on a house we were just two weeks from selling burst during the -17 degree cold snap. Every plumber we called told us they would be several days out, but Wayne agreed to come out at 8pm after another huge job and stayed until 10. He was remarkably professional, knowledgable, and friendly, especially for 10pm on a Saturday night! His charge was more than fair, and his work was thorough. I would absolutely use him again, and have already asked him to come up and bid work on our new house in Silverthorne! Thanks so much, Wayne!

Wayne is awesome! I have had him do several projects around my house over the past 8 years and he has always been professional, prompt, and goes above and beyond to make sure everything is correct. He even cleaned up and took the scrap from my remodeling project to the dump! Highly recommend!

I had Wayne install the propane conversion on my new propane range. Was told OK to go ahead and use my range. I Had flames coming up into both ovens when tried to preheat. Soot was deposited on the doors. In formed Wayne of this . He said needed to be checked before use ovens. This was in September!! After repeated calls and promises to come. No response . Hired another company who discovered that Wayne had not converted the ovens to propane leading to unsafe usage.

Having dealt with a number of plumbers in the area, I knew I was in trouble when the water jacket for the whole house boiler started leaking like a sieve. Being December and nights at 10 degrees, we knew we could be in for some serious problems if the house started to freeze. Short of it, Wayne, busted his tail for us over a weekend night, actually had to work two days on the system and never had a single complaint. He knows what he's doing, charges reasonably and will actually listen and then explain what the best course of action is. For my money, it will be Wayne every time.
