Our Insinkerator was leaking and faulty. Jay inspected and fixed this quickly and promptly. He also went the extra mile to advise us on how to fix the low water pressure from our faucet. He is pleasant to work with and gets the job done perfectly and fast. I would strongly recommend him!

My shower was leaking when I first woke up, within a half hour, it wasn't just dripping but was full blast. I got main turned off and called Wizard. They were able to get me an appointment same day! Gregg Dolling was my tech and replaced my shower cartridge, explain what he thought was wrong, was professional and ""covid"" safe. I had to have a follow-up visit due to defective gasket but was replaced with no issues and true to guarantees.

I am really satisfied with the service I received, the guy (sry, cannot remember the name) is professional and caring. Provided reasonable quote and different alternatives for me to choose. Even we didn't go with the hard way to fix the root cause, I would definitely hire them again to do that work if needed.

We have a clogged shower and decided to message this business for a quote. The schedule was smooth and since we are not in urgent, we scheduled for two days later. The technician arrived early on that day and did some inspection by getting into the crawl space. He also gave us different plans for the fix and a reasonable quote. We didn't go with the harder solution but just get the pipe unclogged.

The technician get the job done really quick and kept the worksite clean. They even offer a 30 day warranty. Will definitely use them again next time!

We had a leaking garbage disposal and some backflow issue ( washer can backflow into kitchen sink). Wizard plumbing responded super fast for an appointment. Jay came out the next day and was able to show us the problem, the junk and ran a snake and replaced our garbage disposal. Jay is professional and has all the equipment ready. for Jay.

We were charged $250 for garbage disposal replacement labor and $200 for running the snake. We paid for our own garbage disposal and new electric cord from home Depot separately.

Honest. Professional. Personable. That's what I would define Gregg who came to our home to look at our garbage disposal that decided not to work. Instead of just replacing it, Gregg showed us a tip to ""reboot"" the disposal and it worked saving us some money!

We were going to replace washer & dryer and the delivery guy told us that cold water faucet is leaking and it has to be replaced before they install the new washer & dryer.
So we searched plumbing companies with Yelp, and called Wizard Plumbing & Drain. They told us that a technician has to see it before giving us an repair estimation, and sent a technician within a few hours for free estimation.
The technician tightened the faucet and tested the washer, and it looked like the leak stopped.
He told us we don't need to replace the faucet and he left without any charge.
We forgot his name but he was a very kind young man and we really appreciate his professional approach.
We definitely recommend Wizard Plumbing & Drain to everyone.

p.s.
we asked other company for the estimation by sending some pictures, and they informed us the estimation for replacement of the faucet will be approx.$2000.
