I called Wizard to unblock my drain. This happens 2-3 times a year. I've had this done for at least 10 years. I had a plumbing company check out the drain with a camera and they gave me a DVD of the drain to the city connection which I have. This DVD shows that the drain is all metal and shifted a little bit but is still OK. The angle of the drain to the city connection is shallow due to my house being the first one on the block and the furthest from the city main line, which is at the other end of the block. The last plumber I had come out assured me there was no problem with the drain, it was all metal, but due to the slight offset and the shallow angle it would have to be ""rootered"" periodically.
This time I had the misfortune to get Mo to come out to unblock my sewer line. He claims he is the lead plumber. After being there for half an hour he called me and said the pipe couldn't be cleared, the line was crushed, the line was orange paper and couldn't be repaired, the entire line had to be replaced, and it had to be done immediately, this was an emergency! This was on a Friday at 5pm. It was too late in the day for me to get a second opinion and I couldn't get a camera video from Mo because he said there was water in the pipe and the camera won't work in water. This would cost $15,000 but Mo would give me a ""loyal customer discount"" so I would get the bargain price of only $11,600. The catch: I had to sign a contract and pay $2000 right now. Mo said since it was an emergency, he'd have a crew there tomorrow morning. I went over the next morning, Saturday, no crew. Sunday, no crew. Monday no crew. I called Wizard. They said Mo doesn't schedule work crews and they won't have one for a week. Meanwhile the tenants called and said the bathtub was bubbling with sewage so I called Mo to rooter it again, convinced the line was broken. I was there when Mo arrived. I realized he hadn't rootered it fully the first time, only halfway, so the line remained partially blocked. I began to have suspicions and called off the job until I could get a second opinion. Mo called and talked me into giving Wizard a second chance. He's a good salesman. I relented and told them to come back. I immediately felt that wasn't a good decision and decided to call it off again on Monday. This was on a Friday. On Saturday they had a crew there. I told them to leave. Wizard cashed my $2000 check immediately. It's been 2 months. I went into their office last week and asked for an accounting of their expenses and to return the balance of my $2000. At this time I have received no correspondence or return of balance from Wizard. My drain works fine, just like it has for the last 10 years after it has been rootered.

Our toilet wasn't refilling properly and so we promptly called Wizard Plumbing to schedule an appointment. Despite being super busy right now during the holiday season, they were able to squeeze us in for an appointment 5 days later. Sam was our plumber technician and he was incredibly timely, professional and friendly. He was able to assess our situation, provide our quote, and even gave us some tips on how to fix it in the future. Definitely a 5 star experience and would absolutely call and request him in the future again.

Had a main line clog on a Sunday. Called and was able to schedule a same day appointment. Sam came out on time and was a total pro. Snaked the line with a seesnake and showed me the footage. He explained what he did and presented me with options to mitigate the issue going forward. Highly recommend.

I had a walk-in tub installed that didn't drain quick enough. One of the workers checked out the pipes which happened to be very old and needed to be replaced. Additionally, I needed a new water heater. I always use Yelp for ratings. I first contacted a company to come over and give me a quote. WOW, I thought this is going to be a very expensive job as it was approximately $18K. I then called Wizard Plumbing and Justin came over. The quote was three (3) times less than the first quote I received!!! I hired them on the spot given their ratings, quote and the professionalism of Justin. They were ready to begin the next day.

I can't say enough about the customer care I received All my questions were answered and when they said they will call me back, they did immediately. Justin was the best. He was very polite, helpful and followed the COVID protocol.

Justin installed my water heater one day and the new pipes were installed after the heavy rain we got in October.

Justin wasn't able to install the pipes on the day we selected. He sent a terrific duo by the names of Jaime and Beder.

I am so impressed with Wizard Plumbing, that I cancelled my policy with American Home Shield!

Wizard will be my go to for all plumbing issues.

Sam came in at 7:30 pm on Sunday night. He did a nice job opening up the sewage. He also run the camera and explained to me the situation in detail. Overall very nice work and I recommend.

Our water heater broke overnight and flooded the house. Wizard was the first to answer my call in the morning. They scheduled an appointment within the hour. Mariano and his helper were professional, gave me a reasonable quote and took care of the heater replacement within 3 hours. Highly recommend!!!

I had a clogged mainline that caused all our fixtures in the house to drain very slowly. This was very inconvenient especially as we are taking care of our newborn. I called Wizard Plumbing the evening before and Sam came out the next morning right on time, he explained what he is going to do and my options as a homeowner in detail and transparently. As he worked to clear the clog, he was also patiently explaining what he was doing and educating me as a homeowner on my sewer pipes. He was able to clear the clog in under 30 minutes and we were able to go back to taking care of our newborn with barely any interruptions! Sam was very knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient in getting the job done, and is a true professional!

If I could give 6 stars I would. I would recommend Sam and Wizard Plumbing without any hesitation to my friends and I would 100% call them again if I have another issue with my plumbing next time!

Antonio came to our home in San Bruno to inspect a clogged train in a utility sink (garage). He was on time, professional, and followed basic COVID protocol. He informed me of what he planned to do, in detail, before requesting permission to proceed with the work. He helped address the immediate need of unclogging the pipe via snaking. He also inspected our home's entire system to assess the state of our pipes. He shared an estimate of the work to replace old pipes to prevent a future, unplanned issues.

Would absolutely recommend Wizard Plumming (especially Antonio) to friends and family.
