Gregg came to our house today and was just wonderful. He was kind and polite and helpful. Wore a mask and when I told him we were a no shoes household he put on shoe covers. In addition, he discovered that the ""problem"" indicated by Home Depot when trying to install my dishwasher wasn't even a problem at all! The valve they told me had to be replaced worked just fine, and he quickly disconnected my soon-to-be-replaced dishwater in a matter of minutes thereby saving me $300.

Gregg was great, and I am happy he came to help us out!

I chose Wizard due to the yelp ratings and reviews and they did not disappoint. My appointment was scheduled for 2-4 and I called to request a sooner appointment and they said they would let me know. A little before noon they called and said could come out. Greg arrived very friendly and was able to resolve my leaking dishwasher/ sink. He also kept me informed during the process of the issue.

Would you like to be lied to and left with giant holes in your yard for 3 weeks? Would you like to have to continuously call begging for updates on getting said holes filled in? We were told this would be a one-day job. It's been almost 3 weeks, and there are giant holes in our yard from our sewer repipe, including holes that allow rodents access to our crawlspace that we had just had reinforced by an exterminator.

Wizard Plumbing and Drain has not proactively contacted us once in those 3 weeks. We've had to keep calling and calling and every time we get the same run-around about how the city inspectors are way behind. But we contacted the city, and Wizard Plumbing hadn't even applied for the proper permits they were supposed to before they started our work. In fact, I can see on the city website that one permit was only applied for 12 days after they did the work--after we'd already been calling and hearing the same lie about waiting on inspection.

The inspector hasn't even been scheduled, because the city is waiting on information from Wizard plumbing that they've failed to provide. So they keep saying they're waiting on an inspection, but they cannot even REQUEST an inspection because they didn't do what they were supposed to for permits. Here's a quote from the email response we received from the city:

""Due to the permits not being issued yet, an inspection cannot be requested. I also spoke with [Name omitted] who works in Permits. They are waiting for the plumbing company to satisfy certain conditions; they have been waiting for this information from Wizard Plumbing since September 29, 2021 and have not heard back from them. I apologize for your experience, but the hold up is not on our end and there is no scheduled appointment with an inspector.""

This is an absolute nightmare. They keep lying to us and blowing us off. DO NOT USE Wizard Plumbing under any circumstances. Super shady practices.

Have been a customer of Bell Plumbing but they totally failed us this weekend when our shower started leaking and the only solution was to turn off the water to the house. Called a couple places and Wizard was the only place with an actual person who could tell me they could definitively help us instead of forwarding us to some unknown dispatch unit.

100% recommend these guys - they've got me as a client for good.

These guys are the BEST around. Fast, totally honest, they did a major job for us under the house, took 2 days. Unlike other plumbers, they were logical, they said ""how can you do anything unless you crawl every inch of the piping under the house and inspect every inch ?"" Gee - what a concept ! I noticed when they were working, there was no talking, no laughing, no fooling, no radios playing, just work. They did an excellent job replacing all the rusted out 40+ y.o. drain pipes. Then Sam their Master Plumber came out and inspected the job, we planned out a relining of the sewer line out to the street, excellent job on that too. Totally satisfied customer. I talked to Mike a few times, what good people. I am so fortunate to have found these folks. Will totally recommend them to anyone.

Gregg is your man! He came right on time for the appointment. Very friendly and polite. Did a great job, fixed the problem right and cleaned up the area well. He spent some time explaining the problem and helped us prevent future issues on our bathroom faucet leak. He loved our dog and told us he won't leave until he meets our doggie. Samer Badwi is the man!! Samer was very cordial and professional from the start, and I highly appreciated the plastic baggies that he used to cover his boots. He was very easy to talk to and ask questions in regards to my problem. I had a sink clog in the bathroom and Samer thoroughly explained to me what might be the issue and told me the possible remedies for the situation and provided me with a reasonable quote. He also went out of his way to help assisting with a faucet knob problem and took his time once again explaining to me the process. I highly recommend anyone in the bay to call for Samer if they're ever in need of assistance in regards to plumbing services. I'll definitely be calling out for him again in the future if such problems are to rise again.

We needed our lateral sewer line replaced. Wizard Plumbing was responsive from the point of us asking for an estimate all the way through to finalizing the permit and project. They were able to start right away which helped as our plumbing was backed up, and they kept their promises. Basically - on time and on budget. I will recommend them to friends in need of similar services.

Isaac and Manny came right on time, discovered we didn't have the problem we thought we did (explained why) and didn't charge us for the visit. Super helpful and we will be calling them next time we need plumbing help.

I had a positive experience working with Wizard Plumbing. They're able to send someone within 1-2 days to come out for a free estimate. The two gentlemen that came were able to help me descale the deposits that had built up in a pipe that was leading to my fridge dispenser being slow. I also had a small shower leak in the bathroom, and Gregg was able to come by and take a look to understand the parts needed. Luckily, he had the parts in stock so did not need to wait a week to order the parts, and Gregg was able to come back the next day to fix it. Gregg has 40+ years of experience working in this area so I felt at ease with him doing the fixing.

Their invoicing is very detailed and spells out exactly all the services performed so it is very clear for the customer. Thank you!
