Barry replaced our well pump several years ago and did a wonderful job. He was very knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. His nephew Ben is now running the business. I have called Ben for advice more than once and he has always been pleasant, knowledgeable, and generous with his time and contacts. Highly recommend.

Barry Witzer Wells reused old gaskets, causing my water pressure to fail only three months later. He refuses to correct the problem. I can not recommend this contractor.

It was a Sarturday morning and we didn't have water. My wife called Witzer because my son, who is a contractor, said one of his customers recommeded Witzer. Witzer said he was busy but would try to arrive at 1 PM which he did. He's a friendly guy and it didn't take long for him to determine the problem; a new well pump. We agreed on a price and Witzer went to work. Later, my contractor son told us the price was a fair price considering the work done and cost of the equipment installed.

We had to disinfect our well and had a problem getting the well cap off. Called over holiday weekend so did not expect a call until after. When he finally came out, his response was I'm not touching that because a part of plate may have fallen into well. I just don't understand why a well company won't touch a well with possible issues that may actually require some work. I just assumed that's why you would call a well company...apparently not. Also, we were charged for him to tell us he will not touch it.
