I recently ordered several items, a SS kitchen sink, bathtub, toilet and related faucets/hardware. The salesperson that took the order was Renee. Renee proved to be extremely capable and helpful. She patiently listened to my description of the items I wanted, made several suggestions, walked me around the display area and showed me the specific items I described and in general made the experience pleasant. In addition, Renee suggested a few parts that I had not thought of and I am pleased to say that when my order was delivered, my plumber was happy that all the necessary parts were included in the order, which made the installation go smooth.
If you intend to purchase plumbing fixtures, I seriously recommend that you make an appointment with Renee and Wittock in general.

This review is only based on the Shelby location, more specifically the salesperson at the location. We are building a custom home where we are supplying our own fixtures. After stopping in at the Birmingham location (Chris was very helpful), I was informed I needed to know the rough valve that was placed, or it was suggested I see if the builder would switch the valve if I chose a different brand than Moen. The builder said to go ahead and get what I want. The next week I went to the Shelby location (closer to my current home). The salesperson would not listen to what I was saying regarding picking out the finish fixtures first, then I would know what valves I wanted. She kept interupting me as I tried to explain further, borderline arguing with me, insisting she needed who the builder and plumber were, what valve I had, etc. Basically refusing to show me any fixtures, but ending up selling me a Delta valve system that I just wanted to get so I could move forward. At this point she provided me a look book for Delta. When I inquired about the cost of a shower system in the book, she said ""I don't know, I would have to price it out"". I went back to the Birmingham location, when I purchased the Shower system and Roman Tub faucets. They were amazing. To bad for Renee at Shelby, she not only lost the sale on the master shower/bath, but all the rest of the house as well.

Btw, she asked if I could do a review...hope she's happy.
