Had the city water technician mess up our water tank during their checkup somehow and gave this place a call. Our water heater was somehow leaking from the procedure and we weren't sure what was wrong with it. After draining my water heater due to it leaking inside the house, we were in the need for a new water heater and wanted to move it outside the home. Because we already had familiarity and trust in Water Heater Solutions and because their estimate price was competitive compared to other contractors, we decided to go with Water Heater Solutions to install a new heat pump water heater outside our home. Carter installed our new water heater and he did an incredible job installing our new water heater w/ heat pump including all the piping, electrical work, installing metal shed to protect the water heater, installing a recirculation pump and comfort valve for us. Carter demonstrated extensive working knowledge and experience with water heaters and you can tell from seeing his detailed work how he cares a lot about doing a good job. Also, I wanted to praise Carter as well as Drew for their customer service and great communication skills, especially with my father whom English is his second language and Carter and Drew were always very patient with us, and ensured that we got all our questions answered. There are many companies that install water heaters, but if you want a FIRST CLASS installation at a fair price, have Water Heater Solutions do the job. Drew came out at the time he stated and was very helpful in what I needed. Then, Carter came a few days later (and right on time) and did a truly PROFESSIONAL INSTALLATION job. A friend of mine (a retired plumber of 40 years) came over and looked at the job. He smiled saying "" that guy (Carter) REALLY DID A FINE JOB."" From the beginning of job estimation, he was thorough and detail-oriented in understanding the tasks and my needs. He was able to communicate about the price and expectations, which I found very important as a customer wanting reassurance.

On the job day, Drew was on time, precise, quick, careful and very tidy. Everything was done with a breeze and my home looks like no one has visited, but with two new toilets, fixed shower head and fixed kitchen sink.
