My wife and I was looking to replace our 15-year-old tankless water heater with a new one. (see attached photo) I only contacted 5 Star Rated water heater companies in my area through Yelp. All 4 companies I contacted got back with me promptly, however only 1 company stood above the rest, Water Heater Solutions. This is why.

Any company/contractor can provide customers with a good product, price and service. This is the minimum standard. However, in my 30+ years running multi-million-dollar businesses in competitive markets, to be successful, you must hire and train employees who exemplify Service + Hospitality. Understand Service is merely fulfilling an individuals needs by providing a product or completing a task. Whereas Hospitality is the quality of employees being welcoming and accommodating where they make customers they interact with feel valued, cared for through the emotional connection they make with them. It's an important part of any successful business. Having this skillset when done right creates lasting relationships for businesses and builds brand loyalty. (ie) Nordstrom vs Macys. DMV vs AAA. Houston's vs Chilis. Mercedes vs Hyundai. You get the picture. Hospitality does not need to be a face to face interaction. This can be communication through text messages and/or by phone. Here are the 3 employees who exemplified this resulting in our decision to go with Water Heater Solutions.

I received a text message from Alex from my inquiry. She later called me to get more information and details about what I was looking for. Though this first interaction was short with her, her warm, humble and caring attitude was appreciated. Alex was so easy to talk to. You do not find this personalized type of service often today. She was so nice, patient, informative, and answered all my questions. Throughout this process from start to finish, I've communicated with Alex several times by text message or by phone. She has been wonderful and very helpful through each communication.

After I provided Alex the details of what I was looking for, she transferred me to Drew, who is the Owner of Water Heater Solutions. At the time, I did not know Drew was the owner, I thought he was one of the technicians. Same as Alex, Drew was personable, knowledgeable, nice, and informative. Drew provided different options (Tankless vs Bradford White Heat Pump Water Heater) along with price points. After speaking to Drew, I asked if he could send a technician to provide me with an estimate.

Arthur arrived at my home the same day. Arthur was great. So down to earth, humble, and nice. He was knowledgeable, skilled, courteous, professional and respectful. Arthur took the time to clearly explain in detail our options, answering all of our questions. We've experienced other contractors who have come to our home who have been rough around the edges, not so nice and unprofessional. Arthur was just the opposite. After looking at our current set up, we decided to go with a 65-gallon Bradford White Heat Pump Water Heater and not another Tankless. Arthur explained the benefits of a Heat Pump Water Heater and the energy savings and efficiency these heaters provide. He and Drew also stated there was currently $6700 in instant rebates for this Bradford White water heater through the TECH Clean Program and Golden State Program along with a $2000 tax credit for the 2025 tax year. We could not pass up these 2 incentives.

Arthur arrived the next day to complete the installation. Arthur again took the time to explain in detail the operation of the new water heater. He showed me how to program the water heater with the different settings and explained what each setting meant. Arthur did a great job on the installation (see attached photo).

We always have primary contractors for plumbing, electrical, HVAC, Appliance Repair, etc. I live in a community with many seniors. They often come to my wife and I when they need contractor services. Same goes for our family and co-workers. After this great experience with Water Heater Solutions, they will now be our primary plumber and water heater company. If you need plumbing, electrical and/or water heater services, don't waste your time, read the reviews, go with Water Heater Solutions. You'll be happy you did and will be a customer for life.

Carter and his worker came to install water heater tankless. It showed up very professional, also answered all my questions regarding the water heater tankless.
