Kelly and Ryan were great! They installed a tankless water heater for me in no time. I showed them another ""project"" I wanted done. Four other plumbers said it could be done, but didn't want to do it, (very complicated). Kelly and Ryan checked it out, made a bid, and completed it in a timely manner. They are always on time, and are very very good at what they do. I highly recommend them.

Our hot water heater stopped working. I called American Plumbing to inquire about repairing the existing hot water heater or upgrading to a tankless water heater. Ryan called back within 30-minutes to talk about general pricing for a tankless water heater and electrical upgrades needed. They then offered to stop by my home within 30-minutes to investigate the issue with the existing water heater.

Ryan and Kelly showed up promptly. They were friendly and professional. They went down and were able to easily identify the issue and provided a reasonable quote for repair. They had the parts on hand and were able to resolve the issue within about 10-minutes. Ryan and Kelly showed me the issue, while also giving me recommendations for other considerations with my system.

They processed payment immediately following the work. This was a seamless process and I am please with this company. I will definitely work with them again!

We had an issue that required our tankless water heater to be replaced. Ryan came out the same day we called and provided an estimate and returned the next day for the installation. He did a thorough and professional install, and is both friendly and knowledgeable. American Plumbing is our go-to service provider for anything plumbing related.

Talked to Ryan this morning about replacing / repairing an old main house shutoff valve that was leaking. Because of the design, it was going to be a challenge. He gave a best case scenario and a worst case scenario. Ryan said he would be out tomorrow to start working on it. To my surprise, he was able to get the parts and showed up this afternoon and had the job done by the end of the day. Fortunately, it ended up being the best case scenario which meant saving some money and getting the water line back in service faster. Appreciate the quick response and quality work. Definitely recommend.

I called them super late last night, as I was having a septic system back up issue. Kelly and his partner showed up early this morning and dug up the water lines and was able to snake out the clogged water lines. Looks like I'll need some other work done to my septic tank due to old age, however they fixed my issue and everything is back to normal, thanks for coming out and handling business

Needed a quote on installation of a propane line. Ryan called back quickly and came out the next day to check out the site. Within minutes i had my quote and it was half the price a local competitor quoted me for the same job. Plus they came out within the same week and did the job. I called this company and they have an after hours answering company taking all their calls 24 x 7 and is always annoying you can't get any answers. They put me on hold for over 10 minutes then took my information down and said the owner would call me. A few minutes later I get a call from a blocked caller ID and it was the owner with an attitude, not very friendly at all. I asked him if he takes or works with home any home warranties as I have one and if not could he still help me he replies home warranties are a bunch of crooks we don't work with them. He basically needed the conversations didn't ask me about my plumbing issues or how he or his company could help. I myself am a business owner and I don't know how this company is still in business with that kind of customer service.
