He showed up on time, with a mask, and went directly to work. I LOVE that he only has flat rate pricing. He says he's been doing this work long enough to know how long it should take. He replaced a toilet, showerhead and a sink pop up in less than 2 hours. He did not make a mess and everything seems fine. My only complaint is that he is not setup on paypal and there is a 3% fee for using a credit card.
