Billy is fabulous, no-nonsense & courteous! He didnt waste time or my money diagnosing a worn out furnace. The service call was inexpensive compared to most. We ended up a week later calling the sales team. Julian was spot-on with his presentation, demeanor & options for all budgets. He was patient & understanding with our personal situation. WireNut was able to schedule the same day installation. Marc & Carl got the job done & we have heat again!! They offer great serive & a warranty to match. So far it has taken several calls to find out when the tech is coming. We had a 10-1 window for service, they asked to change it to 8-10 window, we said okay. The time came and went,when I called it was changed back to later time, nobody told us. One excuse, emergency call,okay. Next excuse, mandatory meeting for electricians, couldn't do 8-10 window. Not a good way to run a business.

I called a WireNut technician out to clean, service, and certify that my furnace was in working condition on a $69 special. During their ""inspection"" they did nothing but tell me that the furnace wasn't in safe operating conditions. They filed a report to the city stating that the furnace wasn't serviceable and called out a supervisor to confirm the inspection. The supervisor confirmed what the initial tech told me and then gave me an estimate of $3,600 to repair the furnace and $3,100 to replace the furnace it was at this point that I became suspicious. I told them that I was going to call and get a second opinion and they immediately pushed harder for the replacement but I told them I would call after I got a second opinion. I brought out two additional technicians from different local companies and both told me that all that my furnace needed was a good cleaning and there was absolutely no reason to replace it. The WireNut is a crooked company that doesn't deserve anyones business, the report they file to the city is clearly a scare tactic to try and force people into replacing their furnace even when it's not needed.

What a scam. I signed up for the protection plan bc the guy told me it would include service to furnace and AC. The guy comes out and basically only did a visual inspection telling me he recommended replacing the entire HVAC system bc there were so many thing wrong and bc it was old. Estimate was between 7k-10k. I thought this sounded completely crazy as I get everything serviced regularly and was never told anything before these guys set foot on my home. So I got a second opinion and estimate. Over half the stuff he said was wrong wasn't actually anything wrong at all. One star is being generous--go elsewhere folks-don't waste your money.

We were lured in with a coupon. I had tech coming just to clean the furnace. Instead of cleaning it, he just quoted us ridiculous amounts of money for repairs, and replacement furnaces. I believed him at first, and made plans to finance a 3100 furnace! Thank God I got a second opinion....the furnace was fine, just needed a cleaning that hadn't been done by first tech! Very dishonest company, tried to rip us of by thousands!! Avoid, avoid!

Absolutely recommend to anyone looking to have their furnace looked at. We bought our home in Colorado Springs knowing the furnace was going to need to be replaced, so when it stopped working this November, we were not surprised. Telmo came out to take a look at it and was able to fix a simple wiring problem to get it operational, however it was apparent that our heat exchanger was starting to crack and we were having carbon monoxide getting into our home. Telmo was absolutely all business and did not pressure us at all, explaining options we had and made no effort at all to try to sell us a new furnace that was anything more than what we needed. We ended up deciding to get a new furnace that will keep us going for years to come and we will be sure to call the Wire Nut for any help we need in the future. I cannot recommend them highly enough if you have any issues with your furnace in the Springs.

Ridiculously expensive! I had root canal work done that was cheaper and less painful. Do not call, save time and money.

After waiting for 6 hours for our ""window"" of time appointment and calling 3 times to find out why no one had showed we went without service. We then had to call the next day and were told several different reasons why they could not come the day before. They didn'tt call us to apologize. We scheduled another window of time and the technician was almost 3 hours late for that. Great to have family dinner time ruined twice and have 9 hours of waiting at home for ""service"" to be met with an arrogant technician. Worst experience ever. They up sell and are not good people to work with. I will never use them again. All we needed was a furnace and water heater serviced. If you have nothing but time to waste they might work out for you.

We have used Wire Nut to instal A/C Unit, new Hot Water tank. Also had them update all the wiring. Crews were always prompt and respectful. Good clean up and fast to respond to any emergencies. I would def recommend Wire Nut. Jason and Benjamin are our favorites for electrical issues.

9/12/17 again we called wire nut out due to finding water by our 2 year old hot water tank. It ended up being the pressure valve which had nothing to do with the tank itself but needed replacing. They were very professional and did a great job in a timely manor. By this point most of our house is wired, plumbed and serviced by wire nut. May not be the cheapest around but usually have great service.
