We contracted electrical service from this company to the tune of $21,000.00. After the work was done I find out they had worked without a permit They get the permit after completing the work and after three months of the work being done, this company refuses to call for an inspection of the new panel. Multiples calls have been made to request this to no avail. Two of the GFCI breakers are constantly tripping and my fridge is beginning to have weird sounds. So as of right now, I have an illegal panel in my house with the liabilities it entails. Do not hire this company for a big job. You will regret it.

The technician Alejandro was very experienced and shared a variety of services that were available. Upon receipt of the estimate, we excepted immediately and Alejandro was able to install our two ceiling fans. Upon installation, Alejandro noted a safety concern with the equipment which we greatly appreciated and will have replaced.

We are so happy with the service Alejandro provided and are so glad that he was able to point out the defective product that we purchased from an outside vendor. We highly recommended this company, especially Alejandro!

My Carrier furnace broke on Jan 5 and I called WireNut on Mon Jan 6. They came out in the morning and quoted me a price of $7,999 for their furnace type. That afternoon they called back and said, their furnace wouldn't twin with the Carrier, and they would install a Payne which they said was the same as a Carrier. When I asked the price of the Payne, they said it was still $7,999. I was puzzled by that, but it was getting later in the day and the weather forecast was going to be freezing that night, I felt I had little choice because of fear of freezing pipes. Since then, I called two other local companies because I was afraid the other Carrier furnace would break. The lowest estimate was $4,700 installed. I have the quote in writing. They also said the difference between a Payne and a Carrier is like comparing a Toyota with a Lexus. That is a $3,299. difference! That is outrageous!! WireNut Services took advantage of the fact that I am a senior citizen and needed immediate help. I'm willing to negotiate but cannot afford to be ripped off as I am on a fixed income!!!

Adam and Joseph did a great job meeting our furnace needs (I won't go into the specifics). They were both very pleasant and professional. Adam explained each step of the process during troubleshooting, part replacement, and furnace testing. He basically explained what he was doing and why he was doing it. He is knowledgeable and thorough. This is good customer service. I'll be calling them again soon to sign up for their Ultimate Protection Plan. For $147 per year, they'll do an annual inspection of the furnace, air conditioning, and plumbing (electrical too upon request). This alone is worth it. Plus, they'll provide discounts on future work, and provide coupons and exclusive offers. WireNut is great!

I scheduled an annual furnace check-up only to have their technicians overcharge for a filter replacement, LIE about the quality of the filter, and claim we needed repairs that were not needed. They said the filter was a one year filter, doing my research, it was only rated for 3 months. Then they said I had a rust issue that was threatening my coils. I cleaned it off with we-40 instead of paying them over $400 they were trying to charge. Seems their business model is to get in the door and create issues to over-charge for services. Rip-off and con-men. I would give zero stars if possible.
